4 King bedrooms, each with private en-suite bathrooms. 2 of them with twin pull out sofas. (Memory foam mattresses) and 2 of them with daybeds/sofas with two twin beds with trundles (Memory foam mattresses). Ideal for kids or teens or simply relax.

3 Queen bedrooms,
1 two twin bunk beds bedroom and one queen sleeper sofa in the living room will give everyone privacy.
