*** This cabin is located in Wears Valley about 25 minutes from Elk Springs Resort Main Property. Its a quiet location just 10 minutes from all the fun in Pigeon Forge

Enjoy your own private indoor heated pool at the Splish Splash cabin. Cozy and romantic enough for a getaway with your special someone, but you also have a sleeper sofa if you want to also bring the kids. The cabin includes a full kitchen, washer dryer, covered deck and grill.

Shoot a game of pool, enjoy free highspeed WIFI and relax on your covered deck. After a long day of hiking or shopping enjoy a soak in the 101 degree hot tub or go for a sauna in your private sauna room.

Retire to the king suite with full bath an in suite romantic heart shaped tub.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon and the first day the pool had flooded which definitely an inconvenience having to deal with people coming in and out to fix it however the staff was amazing! And they did credit us back some money for the inconvenience. Everyone was very pleasant which helped the whole situation. The place it’s self is absolutely stunning! We enjoyed our stay so much you couldn’t ask for a better place to visit we will definitely be back!

Romantic weekend getaway

We enjoyed the amenities and the location is great. The view is mostly wooded with nearby cabins, but we didn't mind. The cabin itself was nice, but lacked in the kitchen for cooking. There were very few utensils, the forks are all kid sized for eating, no large mixing bowls, etc. Besides that we had a great time. It could also use a thorough dusting. There were so many cobwebs and thick dust around the shower, window sills, and tops of cabinets. Overall, the cabin was clean otherwise and bed was very comfortable. The furniture appeared new as well as a new tub, not the heart shaped one from photos which was a nice surprise!

Not what you expect!

Reviewer Comments: We were really excited to stay here but quickly became disappointed. First, it had a funky smell! We opened the doors and aired it out and it helped a little. Second, the bath tube is not heart shaped like the picture and the description stated. The headed pool is not very “heated” and you can’t adjust it. The ice maker is broken and the cabin is a bit outdated. I will definitely it stay at this cabin again and will probably not use Elk Springs again. Oh yeah, the grill was out of propane!

Good enough, not great

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin in a development stacked full of other cabins all sjde-by-side. Interior was 80 degrees when we entered. Hot tub water was cold, so couldn't use it the first night. Pool was cold and thermostat was locked, so never could swim in it. No ice in freezer, and it wasn't cold enough - our ice cream melted and stayed melted. Pillows were old and lunpy. Extra pillows in closet had no cases on them. Pool table was nice, but close to walls and kitchen table/chairs - hard to get room for pool cue. We had a good weekend, but we're just constantly noticing things that needed changing. Sauna worked fine, but only enough room to sit side-by-side very still and not move. Don't plan on laying down in there. People in nearby cabin stayed up late on porch talking and since we are all crammed together, we were in bed forced to listen to them. Spider webs all over the decorations inside the cabin.

Reviewer Comments: Upon checking on March 28th we were unpleasantly surprised with the lack of cabin cleanliness and overall cabin condition.1.Dust on the windowsills and furniture. Vases, window treatments and decorations have not been ever touched with the duster or washed.2. white stain on the pool table (hello, honeymooners!)3. dirty, moldy and stinky dishwasher, 4. dead insects on the windowsills and in the room corners, 5. stained and stinky mattress cover on the pool out sofa6. Pool area downstairs looks like it haven't been cleaned for years - dead bugs, human hair and nails, screws (sic!), broken decor and thick layer of dust7. The dryer is full of lint and needs to be thoroughly vacuumed (ruined my clothes)8. Ourdoor furniture is dirty, broken decor9. Grill was filthy dirtyWhen we brought up our concerns to the management, they offer to send the cleaner once again, but we did not feel comfortable to do that while we are staying at the cabin due to coronavirus concerns, especially if it was not a quick fix. We had to spend a significant amount of time cleaning everything up by ourselves after the long trip upon arrival wandering where did our cleaning fee were.This is especially bothering during the times of pandemic, when cabin is supposed to be properly sanitized for each new tenants. We believe that cleaning fee that we had paid was supposed to take care of these issues, but obviously this was not the case. On the side note, cabin is poorly stocked - only one tea spoon, two dinner forks, few plates, unmatched glassware. Non of this matches the expectations of a top level vacation condo, as it is being advertised and sold.

The only thing was the indoor pool did not heat up as much as we would have liked so we didn't to enjoy that as much as we wanted to and that was the main attraction for my 2 older teenage children. One cannot tolerate the slightest cold water. But other than that it was a great experience. Not too far from anything. The staff was very informative and made check in and check out so easy and when i had a question very quick to respond. We will definitely be renting from this company in the future.
