It sits atop an amazing mountain ridge overlooking parts of Dollywood, facing a spectacular mountain view! During the Summer, watch the Dollywood fireworks from your back deck! Enjoy the views from your rockers on the deck or relax in your own private hot tub. There is a pool table for entertainment and an indoor Jacuzzi tub for your relaxation. Close to Dollywood and all the attractions, this beautiful cabin will comfortably sleep up to eight with a king bed, 2 queen beds, and a sofa sleeper in the living area. Wi-Fi internet is also available for your convenience. Come stay in Amazing View and have an amazing vacation with family or friends! This amazing cabin has a secluded location above Dollywood. The incline drive warrants our recommendation to have a 4 wheel drive vehicle (SUV or Truck preferably) during the Winter Season, with caution throughout the year because of steep and narrow roads. The final result is a fabulous view, but the disclosure of steep roadways for travel is warranted. There is parking for only 2 vehicles. This cabin has a steep access road to get to the heights it demands for one of the top views in all of Pigeon Forge! If you are looking for the Best View in Pigeon Forge, this one is definitely at the TOP of the List! Come stay at Amazing View #223 for the Vacation of your Dreams! The property was very clean and cozy. The drive up to the cabin was quite challenging. Definitely need a vehicle with good maneuverabulity and horsepower. I don't recommend driving the roads at night. top of

Beautiful!
We had a great time on our trip! The cabin has a very “cabin in the woods” feel. It’s not overly fancy, but was just right. The view is spectacular. We were busy most of the time, but when we were at the cabin, we were always on the deck. The cabin is cozy and comfortable. We had everything we needed. It would have been nice to have a few extra supplies like pen and paper, scissors, extra blankets, and more cooking supplies, but we made due. The road to the cabin is no joke. We have an all wheel drive Traverse and some of those turns are pretty tricky, but we managed. A bigger vehicle would struggle a lot. The cabin description is a little misleading about some of the cabin’s features, such as the bonus kids room-it’s literally just the living room. Also, there is only one shower. That was fun with six people! Overall it was all good and we would stay again!

Overall the stay was amazing but the road is crazy if anyone stays in the cabin below you then your going to have a hard time getting out.... there's a lot of turning around and backing up a four wheel drive is recommended but a small one

Very Nice Place!
We had a great time! Watched the fireworks from Dollywood on the deck and it was an amazing view! It’s a climb to get to the cabin with some sharp turns to get up to it but it was so worth it! Once you get the hang of the drive up and down it’s pretty easy. Beds were comfy and all in all was just a great time! Will definitely stay again.

The cabin had a beautiful view that is postcard worthy. The kids enjoyed the arcade machine as well as the pool table and hot tub. The drive up the mountain was a little sketchy at times but worth the uncomfortable feeling.

It is extremely difficult to get to the cabin, the switchbacks are no joke, we have full size SUV and to make each turn you have to pull up, back up, pull up back up, NOT ideal for a sedan, this was not advertised in the description, however I did see in review about the roads, but even that did not give you the real deal, TRUST me it is a difficult climb, and the cabins along the way up, if rented have vehicles, so you have to work around getting up each switchback while maneuvering around those vehicles and porches of cabins.... The view from the cabin is AWESOME and that was the best part. We rented the cabin because it advertised hot tub, arcade game and to be secluded, and have some "down time" as everyone in our group works in very busy careers... Our plan was to get checked in, go into Pigeon Forge see some lights have a great dinner and head back on the mountain for the remainder of the weekend and enjoy the amenities of the cabin, as advertised.... We get checked in and arrive at the cabin, open the door and a very strong odor of cat urine, the hot tub does not work, the arcade game does not work. We called the rental office and were told they would send someone up the mountain to fix the issues. Upon our return to the cabin, someone had been there to put water hose into hot tub (that was overflowing onto porch at that point) however it still did not work, the arcade game still did not work. Later in the night, as we were playing pool (YES, the pool table does work) we ran out of water, as in NO water coming from faucets, could not flush toilets, we called the emergency line and got a call back from the Maintenace, who told us to "you just have to give it time, it has to replenish itself" We finally had water the next morning, and went to the office as we headed back to town to make them aware that the hot tub was not working and the arcade game had not been fixed, to which we were told "A work order was in, sorry that is all we can do", we explained the water issue, and asked how that was something we should be okay with, to which the reply was "it wasn't" but again nothing they would do.... My two cents would be. IF you are wanting to have a difficult route to get to your cabin, with hot tub (that doesn't work) rent a cabin to have arcade games (that don't work) and run out of water, one shower, THIS IS FOR you. We were disappointed in the description versus reality and the reception we got from the Aunt Bug's office.

Perfect mountain getaway!
The cabin has an amazing view, HOWEVER, the road getting there is very steep and has sharp turns. Had to drive on it a few times before figuring out how to navigate it. My F150 handled it very well. The cabin itself was beautiful! It says in the listing it has 2 bedrooms but it actually has 3! The hot tub was a wonderful amenity. Didn't have any spices and cookware was limited, so be prepared to bring everything you need! To sum up my review, the cabin is a great property to rent and the fireworks from the deck were a family favorite! Cabin is conveniently located right at the entrance of Dollywood. Perfect for families!

Beautiful Views
This cabin had a wonderful view and we enjoyed our stay here overall. The cabin could use a nice deep clean and updated appliances. The coffee maker takes hours to brew coffee from so much buildup so that was a bit disappointing. The hot tub was nice, but there is a leak at the water spout and my mother fell the first morning there due to where the water constantly sprays out had turned to ice. Every time we left the cabin we would get sprayed with water due to the leak as well. We loved having our dogs with us and they were very accommodating with that.

It was the perfect location for us and perfect timing for the leaves changing. The cabin is at the very top of a hill so more private than the others in that area. If you’re going to Dollywood your very close to the entrance. Grocery stores etc less than 5 minutes. Also the perfect view for the fireworks from Dollywood. One pro tip when driving the switch back road to the top, reverse up the hill instead of trying to 10 point turn at each cabin

We had a wonderful stay! The bed was super comfortable and it was so amazing waking up to a Mountain View! Loved playing pool together against the backdrop of the mountains! Usually game rooms are in the basement but this special feature really stood out!

The property is in a great location- a very quick drive to local attractions. The road to get to the cabin is extremely steep and narrow! The cabin is nice and well equipped but as others have mentioned it could use a really good deep cleaning of light fixtures/ fans and cabinets - as well as a total drain and scrub out of the hot tub (that was disgusting!) The check in and out was very easy and professional. We enjoyed our family vacation.

A beautiful view in a quirky cabin
The cabin is a little quirky in its set up, but we knew that going in. The bedrooms are all down stairs but the shower is upstairs next to the kitchen. There also is a washer and dryer available. Kitchen pretty well stocked for cooking in the cabin. The cabin is looking a little bit worn with regards to the pool table and some of the furnishings, which is what prompted the 4 stars. There is a lack of movable chairs making it difficult for everyone to all sit in a common area. The view from this cabin is amazing. It literally is at the top of the road as it dead ends at the cabin. I imagine if the roads were very wet you'd have a tougher time getting up some of the roadway. But it has a view of the mountains, and at night fireworks from Dollywood. This location is excellent in that it is easy to move up and down the parkway since you are on the veterans parkway and run parallel.

This was disgustingly filthy. There was food on the dishwasher and floor. A dirty glass on the counter, bugs on the floor, dirty windows. No dishwashing soap. Walls thick with dust. Furniture old. Hot tub dirty, grill dirty and not working. Total waste of money.

Amazing View critique!
The view at “Amazing View” was second to none. The rental property had many issues. Some safety and some cosmetic. Many plugins in the home are faulty. They are loose in box or the plug itself will not make a good connection. The right front main front burner on stove is burnt out. The frying pan had a loose handle and not suitable for use. The upper floor back door needs work. The door was jammed after we were all out on porch one evening and for 30 minutes we could not get in. A front was coming in with lots of lightning. I finally got it open before a downpour. Lighting in the upper floor was lacking. For example we had problems playing cards on the table behind couch. Enough pillows but no pillow cases. The upper deck railing has many loose or missing nails. I hope this helps! We really loved the Amazing View.
