Bear Tracts is providing free admissions to some of the most popular attractions the area has to offer.

As soon as you pull up to this location you know this is not like any other place you have stayed in the Smokies. Located in the valley just 10 minutes outside of Pigeon forge and surrounded by mountains. Walk through the front door to find the upscale finishes with custom flooring and counters and a dual sided fireplace between the kitchen and living area. Leather furniture in the living area. Step out back and invite yourself into the private heated pool and soak your problems away as the day turns to night. After a long hike relax in the covered hot tub and then migrate to the firepit to recount the adventures of the day.

Living Room
Relax in the cozy living room — featuring a stone gas fireplace, 2 leather couches along with 2 leather armchairs and ottomans and a big screen TV! Catch up with one another or make plans for the day. And in the evenings, flip on the TV and watch the game.

Kitchen
Welcome to the fully equipped with a stainless-steel refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. All the cutlery, cookware, mugs, dinnerware, and more that you need for meal prep. Use the island for additional counter space and bar seating to make serving meals simple. Create a breakfast buffet, set out a lunch spread with plenty of space for eating.

Bedrooms
Exploring the great outdoors, shopping in town, and playing at the cabin will certainly leave everyone ready for bed at the end of each day. There are 2 spacious bedrooms to choose from, A king and a queen, each with a flat screen TV. Both Bedrooms have a large en-suite bathroom with seated vanity so everyone will be able to get ready for morning hikes and evening dinner shows without a hassle.

Outdoors:
Sip your morning coffee on the private deck. Grill your favorites and have an afternoon picnic under the covered pavillion. Does hiking and shopping have your muscles aching... soak them under the stars in the covered hot tub. Last but not least, soak up the sun by your own private outdoor pool.

Pool Season:
Pool is Open from 03/15 to 01/01. The pool will not be heated from 05/16 to 09/30 or after 10/31 with the exception of holidays. From 03/15-05/15,10/01-10/31 the pool may be heated for an additional fee of $75/day to around 84 degrees, Pool and pool heat will be available for Thanksgiving holiday and 12/23 thru 01/02. The pool will be closed from 01/03-03/15.

Location: Just 10 minutes away from the Pigeon Forge Strip.The Farmhouse is located on a large private lot. The roads to the cabin are flat and treated by the county when needed.

We loved the Farmhouse!

LOVELY!

This house was just as pictured. It was very clean and had everything needed for a comf. There was an issue with the hot tub and the management company was very responsive. The neighborhood was quiet (except for the entertaining tree frogs...lol) and the lot felt private. My only complaint is pulling out of the driveway. The mirror helped minimally.

Beautiful Paradise Getaway

This place is absolutely gorgeous and such a relaxing getaway. I was trying to set my own code for the door and messed it up. With one phone call they reset the lock for me. The place was extremely clean and roomy. It is close enough to town but far enough out in the country to get away from the world. This was our 7th Anniversary and we plan on coming back for many more anniversaries. This is worth every penny and I can’t recommend this place enough. You’ll be happy you stayed here.

We had a perfect week at the Farmhouse. The house is beautiful inside and out. We enjoyed the outdoor pool every day and the hot tub in the evenings. The house is well supplied with all the kitchen utensils we needed for the week. We hope to book again next year!!

There’s a few leaves in it due to the larger trees hanging overhead but that’s not a big deal. Loved the covered parking & would be great place for motorcyclist. Little hard to see past the trees to get out of, they have a mirror up but it needs to be adjusted to see the traffic better. Loved it overall & would stay again! Also I texted the maintenance to see how to turn the pool light on & they were super quick with a response! It was broken & would need to drain the pool to fix it but again not a big deal to us.

Nice property, very relaxing

It was a nice property, the inside was great and looked just like the pictures. It was very relaxing to sit on the porch. We could have used a couple more blankets or throws, there was only one that we could find. The pool was dirty though, and had ants all around.

overall disappointed with the stay this time around. the pool was the absolute major issue, being to cold to use it. It became a bone of contention. as my young children and us could see it and not use it. we did all young kid appropriate attractions twice even to stay out of the cabin as much as possible, spending outside of our budget because we couldn't enjoy the ammendities of what we had spent months saving for to stay here. Definitely a downgrade from our 2023 experience. Will not be returning in the near future.

Get away

As advertised new Farmhouse is in a country setting including a nearby active farm and cattle. Private and very comfortable house with the expected amenities. We were in the pool and hot tub every evening relaxing around the fire pit after spending time in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park each day. We would come back to this house.

Loved the Farmhouse

Even though our time was cut short due to the fires, prayers to all affected, we fell in love with this house. The house was clean, enough room for the family, beds were comfy, loved the decor, loved the pool, hot tub, and charcoal grill. Loved it all! Communication with Matt was excellent and can’t wait to book it again. :) :)

Vacation

Nice house in the country , driveway is sketchy be carefull. Everything was in good condition and as descibed except the pool was dirty lots of debri and algae on the stairs. Asked for this to be addressed a few times. A pool guy came the next day and just skimmed the top with a net for about 10 minutes , didn't vacume or clean the algae so the pool wasn't really usable.

We really appreciated the fact that we were close enough to everything, yet far enough for it to be peaceful and traffic free at the end of the day.

Mini vaca with privacy

We loved the seclusion! We loved the firepit, hot tub, and pool. We will definitely be returning in a cold month to enjoy the fireplace inside. The only complaint is the water. They have hard water and it didn't feel like anything rinsed off properly. They should get a water softener filtration for it. They should also unclog the shower heads. But those are minor issues and we will be back. My hubby wanted to include that the shrubs by the road should be trimmed because pulling out of the driveway is dangerous when you can't see past the greenery.

The weather was horrible during our stay, but we did get to enjoy the pool, but only for one day. The kitchen was wonderful and we definitely enjoyed the gazebo and outdoor grill. The beds were extremely comfortable and we enjoyed the balcony (even in the rain). The only negative aspects were one of the bathrooms had no water pressure in the sink. We called and informed maintenance. They came out promptly, but the problem was the faucet so it couldn't be fixed. The other issue was the driveway. It is impossible to see oncoming traffic because of the decorative trees. The trees look great so I would suggest a traffic mirror because it is really dangerous.
