There is a lovely dining room located right off the kitchen, with plenty of seating for your entire family to gather and dine comfortably!

Our Nest is the perfect place to both relax and play! Enjoy family movie night (or the big game) in the living room while the fireplace roars in the distance. Step upstairs into the game room and enjoy some friendly competition at the air hockey and foosball tables. Outside, kick back in a rocking chair and take in the gorgeous views while you sip your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine. And you and the kiddos (and adults alike) will love relaxing in the bubbling hot tub while taking in that fresh Smoky Mountain air!

We had stayed here to celebrate a 30th Birthday and Justin was awesome- he was constantly in communication and the cabin was beautiful and well kept! Definitely would recommend!

We enjoyed it

We enjoyed our stay here. Each room was spacious and had room for our items. The living room was our favorite one so far compared to every other cabin we’ve been to and we go yearly. The furniture was actually comfortable and the place was cozy. We enjoyed the hot tub and the games. The driveway is not steep which is always something I personally want to know before going. Also close to food and gas stations without having to go into town.

Cozy and cute. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Getting in with door lock is a bit confusing but we figured it out. Beds were comfortable although queen beds are on the small side. Appeared to be full size beds in 2 of the bedrooms. Overall a nice cabin and the location was great for us.

Accurate descriptions

Great cabin, size was good and what we needed. No issues. Host was quick to respond, answer questions, and give recommendations. Cabin is just up from a main road so was a little loud sitting outside, not necessarily a fan of hot tip right out front (so we didn’t use it), and kitchen was smaller than I expected. Otherwise the cabin had everything we needed and was easy to access without scary drive up tiny roads.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this property. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The noise level was a little more than we would have liked because of the car show. Over all it was a really nice stay at this property.

Great Layout for big family

The four bedroom 3 bath layout was ideal for our family. Having an extra living space was a plus. Big eating area for family meals, however the kitchen is on the small side but had everything you needed. Host was great to work with.

What a great view. The location was very convenient. I would suggest writing in the location description that the cabin is at the very top of the hill on the left as you turn into the road.

The property was in the perfect location to get to most attractions quickly. The host was kind enough to send us a guidebook before checking in which helpped us map the places we wanted to see prior to arriving. When we had questions he was quick to respond. Would definitely rebook.

Charming Cabin

The cabin looked like it was exactly what we wanted. It was private with goid charm. The only minor issue was the fact that the second floor is noisy. As in the actual structure itself is really loud. If you sleep late than the folks with you sleep upstairs.

Terrible check in, terrible customer service, poor management and they should be out of business. Please do not let them rip you off. Book elsewhere. You have been warned!!! This place should not even be in business, worst booking I’ve ever used in 25 years of renting places to stay.

Family Weekend

We found the cabin as it was described. We arrived at night and had difficulty locating the cabin. Signs to point us in the right direction would have been helpful. We loved that the cabin was decorated for Christmas. It was a festive touch. Our host was available when needed and was willing to fix a few minor issues that arose. The hot tub was great and was used several times during the weekend.

Christmas get away

Our stay was nice but there just a few small things. The washer smelled like mildew and didn’t seem to be working properly. Clothes still soaked after going through a complete cycle. Dyer took a long time to dry simple items. Rugs in the bathrooms looked dirty and dingy.

Perfect weekend getaway to visit Dollywood

Great location in the middle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We had a quick 2-night visit for Dollywood, which was about 12-minutes away. You stay off the main roads so no stop and go traffic! Beds were all so comfie, hot tub was fun and had bluetooth speaker and lights. Kids enjoyed the loft and games, fooseball was a hit! Plenty of space for 8 of us, two families with tweens/teenages. The loft can get a bit loud as it's open space to the living room below, just depends on how loud your kids are.. ours were having a blast! Kitchen was very small, but has the necessities. The coffee pot did not work the 1st morning and Justin immediately responded and had a service tech out with a new one very quickly. Justin was very responsive to our questions beforehand and during our stay, great host!
