Gorgeous 3 bed, 2 bath condo on the river!

Beautiful top floor riverfront condo located in the River Crossing Condominium complex! All new furnishings throughout. A great location just off the Parkway in Sevierville but still quiet and peaceful. It's within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and a new 14 cinema movie theater! It's very close to the Tanger Outlets. There's a trolley stop a 5 minute walk away in front of Books A Million. Walmart is directly across the Parkway. You can sit on our balcony and watch the ducks and geese come up from the river. Condo is only minutes from Dollywood. Condo is 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Master bedroom has a king bed and a master bath with a jacuzzi tub. Second bedroom has a queen bed with access to a full bath. The third bedroom has a king size bed as well. There is a queen sleeper sofa in living room. Sleeps up to 8 guest comfortably. This unit is new to the rental program and all furniture is brand new. No pets and non smoking. It has all the amenities of home, we want you to feel at home when you stay here. We also have two 2 bedroom 2 bath units on the first floor for those who may need more than one unit. Lovely condo

The property was in a nice location that made it easy to get to all of the local attractions as well as the nearby convention center. The condo itself was very nice and had most of the features of home. The owners were very transparent as there were a few hiccups upon arrival however they were willing to work with us to overcome them. Thoroughly enjoyed our TN vacation!

Spacious with a great view

We made a quick trip to TN to see the area. This location was convenient to all the attractions and restaurant’s but still quiet enough to enjoy the view from the balcony and the pool. Very spacious and comfortable. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! Would definitely stay again!

River condo

The property was conveniently located to most attractions. The condo could use some new pillows, as we found some with stains on them. Overall, a comfortable stay if a family is looking for a place to spread out and have their own space after a long day of fun in the mountains!

Smokey Mountains New Years Trip

We always love coming to the mountains for New Years. We have stayed at this complex before and enjoyed it so we booked it again. It was as expected. Just outside of the hustle and bustle very easy to get to and very convenient for the area. The unit was exactly what we needed and very beautifully decorated.

National Park

Our family was visiting the national park and this place was not far from it. The accommodations were adequate. The kitchen was sparsely equipped and no extras (such as coffee). It was in a busy area and could hear traffic. Restaurants were plentiful.

Kid trip

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The location is very convenient to all types of activities. The condo was very roomy and clean. The only issue we had was that there was not a luggage cart to transport luggage and groceries. Would definitely stay again.
