The view is great but that is where it stops. We rarely eat out when we go on vacation. we grill and are heavy kitchen users. This kitchen is by far understocked with cooking utensils as well as pots/pans. So much that I went and bought my own cookie sheet while I was there. Upon our arrival I noticed the handle on the oven is broken. One side of handle was disconnected from the oven. There is no way that someone didn't know because someone had to clean it?? I messaged the property manager and he asked right away if we wanted it fixed. I told him no because I do not like people entering our place once all of our things are there. So i was planning on just using it as it was. About 4 days of our trip the oven glass fell out of it. So it was not able to be used. I contacted the property manager and he said that they would send someone out. that person was not able to come for the remainder of our trip. So the property manager said that he was going to refund a part of our money for our inconvenience. I have yet to get any refund. I contacted them about the refund and they wanted to get back with me. I have not heard back. This is a weird property manager because "Justin" says things in his messages then the next conversation is like I messaging someone else under Justin's name. The place could have been cleaner as well. They did some sort of construction work and the porch was a mess. They sent someone to clean it but the dust inside was bad.

The View is worth the drive!
Neighborhood location, amenities, access, and layout a pleasant surprise. Great views with three different decks to enjoy. Very nice decor throughout home. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Trip
We loved our trip to Tennessee. This home was a great place to stay after our hikes in the park and trips to Gatlinburg. Our kids loved that they had their own space. The decks and view was outstanding. We loved the hot tub. The homeowners were great with responding to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone! Looking forward to returning again in the future.

We had a great time at this property. The owners were extremely kind, and we really were able to relax. The roads getting to the property are all paved so you won’t have trouble! That is a big plus! We will be back again soon! ❤️

Gorgeous views and great family time
What beautiful scenery to look out on the patio. We enjoyed playing games all night downstairs as well. Only thing when we got there the hot tub was at 70 degrees and would not warm up to be able to use during our stay and when we went to use the bath tub all the handles were broken off to be able to use.

Nice view but we had issues
The cabin was nice and had good views however as soon as we entered, there was a huge water puddle in the middle of the living room. There appeared to be a leak coming from the ceiling and the wood has already begun to warp and peel. We had to get towels and buckets to try and catch the water. Downstairs in the game room area also had water dripping in three different places on the carpet. We had to find pots from the kitchen to try and catch all the water. I notified the owner immediately and he apologized and asked if we could stop the leak and he would look into it when we left. I wasn’t thrilled with that response since we had just arrived and had to basically clean and try to catch all this water. The next morning it was freezing and we discovered that the downstairs heating unit wasn’t working. I notified him of that as well and he said he would have someone look at it when we left. The kids were unable to sleep downstairs in the bunk beds because the temperature dropped to 47 degrees in the downstairs area since it was well below freezing outside. I was disappointed with how the owner handled everything. He simply apologized for the inconvenience but didn’t do anything about the water or the heat. It was still a nice cabin but I wish the issues were dealt with.
