Welcome to Magnolia Hollow, located on 1.8 acres and less than 2 miles to the Parkway. Enjoy the privacy of this stylish home and the convenience of a central location in Pigeon Forge, close to everything you will want to see and do!

LOCATION

The location can’t be beat! Close to everything in Pigeon Forge yet it feels secluded on the large lot surrounded by trees.
-2.1 miles to Dolly Parton's Stampede
-3.5 miles to Dollywood
-1.4 miles to Gatlinburg Golf Course
-2.5 miles to Ripley's Super Fun Park

MAIN AREA

Magnolia Hollow was designed to accommodate large group gatherings. The full house consists of an upstairs unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms; the downstairs unit also has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Note that there are separate entrances for each unit (no interior stairs).

There is a living room and kitchen on each level. The upstairs dining room table is 10 feet long so your whole group can eat together. High chairs are available on both levels.

OUTDOOR SPACE

You'll feel secluded and relaxed in the backyard. The fully fenced in yard is surrounded by trees and shale rock walls.

Grill out on the large deck off the kitchen. And unwind in the hot tub.

There's also plenty of room for parking multiple cars in the driveway.

BEDROOMS AND MORE

The main bedroom upstairs has a king bed and an attached full bathroom. The extra-large stone fireplace is the focal point in the bedroom. And you can see the mountains through the trees out the floor to ceiling windows.

The second and third upstairs bedrooms each have queen beds.

You’ll have plenty of space to spread out in the 520 square foot main bedroom downstairs, including the attached full bathroom with a shower/tub. Relax on the king bed or the couch that pulls out into a full-size bed. There is also a space separated by a half wall with a dining table that can be used for playing games (provided), eating, or working.

The spacious second bedroom downstairs is on the opposite side of the house from the main bedroom. It has a queen bed and large closet.

The third bedroom downstairs was designed with little ones in mind. It has an outdoorsy theme with twin bunk beds, a woodland scene on the wall, and glow in the dark stars on the ceiling (keep the lights on for about 20 minutes to charge the stars before lights out).

There is a full-size sleeper sofa in both the upstairs and downstairs living rooms.

Your comfort and cleanliness are our top priorities. All mattresses and pillows have encasements to be extra hygienic. And all bedrooms (except the kids’ room) and both living rooms have televisions.

Siblings 4th Annual Reunion

The house accommodations were just what we needed for our stay. There was plenty of space at the dining room table for us all to eat. There was plenty of bedrooms to space everyone out by families. Great game room that allowed us to utilize another part of the house. We really enjoyed the patio where we had a blast telling stories. Over all a great place for a large group of people. Plenty of parking and was secluded from everyone.

Quiet Retreat

There were 8 adults in our group. Plenty of space. The dining table fit us all. The basement wasn’t connected to the main level, but it wasn’t a big deal. Game room is in the garage which we enjoyed when it was cooler in the evenings. We had everything we needed for cooking. About 15min to most attractions and stores. Lovely stay. Thank you!

A fun property with a few quirks

Joe and the entire check-in process was incredibly smooth. He reached out to us in advance regarding an issue with the air-conditioning as well as was trying to assist us in an early check-in. The rental was per the pictures and everything was nice and clean One point that stands out very clearly is this property presents more as two distinctively different units than one unified rental space. We had three families review the listing prior to booking and we don’t recall seeing this called out. When we went back and checked after arriving, we did see it on the current listing. Perhaps we didn’t read clearly, but when we went to book, we don’t recall seeing that distinction. The road in is a very hard turn that many drivers missed the first and second time they came in. Some drivers felt uncomfortable on The driveway due to the angle We had some issues with the road and being washed out that was promptly taken care of once we shared it with the owner Also, his team goes after a rainstorm there was a downed branch blocking the driveway that was properly cleaned up in like two hours The bathrooms, kitchen, TVs, facilities were all fully stocked and well prepared, including enough soap for the dishwasher and washing machine a real, plus Also The kids really enjoyed the game room. We found ample bathrooms and never really ran out of hot water. Overall, we’d likely not stay at this property again, Since the levels are not connected.
