Great family getaway!

The cabin was absolutely beautiful! Having the indoor pool was a great bonus for our family. It was so nice to have such a clean cabin with so many fun amenities for everyone to enjoy! We definitely can’t wait to come back for our next vacation!

Beautiful cabin SO CLOSE to Dollywood

Cabin was beautiful and well maintained. We were planning a trip to Dollywood and could not have found a closer location. The front driveway is very steep, but there is a second drive that is more accessible. Would stay there again!

Amazing Applewood Manor annual family vacation. .

Applewood Manor is a wonderful cabin with great amenities. We were in the lower level pool and hot tub every day . Great location to everything in Pigeon Forge and the Smoky Mountain area 👍.

Amazing cabin

We loved our stay in the cabin. The pool was amazing this was the most clean cabin I have ever stayed in. Shaun was so helpful and prompt with answers to all my questions. I hope to stay here again soon.

70th birthday

The cabin was very nice and clean. The grandkids loved the pool! The pool was a good size for an indoor pool. Nice quite area. We could watch the fireworks from Dollywood from the cabin. We also enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of hiking. I would highly recommend this cabin. It has everything you need!

Wonderful Stay

House was beautiful and perfect for our family vacation. View was beautiful . We were less than a mile from Dollywood and the Splash Park. Would recommend this place . The Grandchildren loved the swimming pool and since it was in the 90's every day being indoors was perfect. Thank you for the wonderful memories that were made.

Great house!

Four king bedrooms with separate en suite bathrooms, plus another bathroom downstairs by the pool. Arcade machine has multiple games to choose from and the foosball and pool tables were fun. Great indoor pool and hot tub, plus it was all right across the street from Dollywood. We all had such a nice stay!

Beautiful place with a beautiful view close to everything. You can see the fireworks from Dollywood

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room and beds. We loved the free firework show from the balcony. Plenty of space and beds. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The pool area is big and nice. Love that there’s an automatic lock on the pool door to keep it safe for children. The house is close to all the Pigeon Forge attractions. We highly recommend staying here.

DO AGAIN

The house was everything the listing said it was and more. Check in went smoothly, we found the house clean and well stocked with kitchen items. The 2 minor issues I had was resolved quickly after contacting the property manager. My kids absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. Great location, just minutes drive from the main strip. Will absolutely stay again!! Planning next years trip now!!

Summer 2023

The cabin was very easy to find and conveniently located. The location of the cabin made it easy to navigate to the local conveniences and attractions. The cabin was clean and we found everything we needed for the 4 nights that we stayed . This was our first time to the area and we really enjoyed ourselves. Because of the rainy weather at the time we visited ….The cabin added to our satisfaction of this area. …our kids enjoyed the amenities at the cabin …. Pool hot tub and game room! The gazebo with the gas grill was a plus as well. If available…. We will definitely try to rent this cabin again.

Rental property was as described. Would say it sits in a Very steep Hill! We Enjoyed the Indoor pool Tremendously. The floor was super slippery. Caution I would give more stars but Pillows and beds and linens could use some updates. And it wasn't super clean as far as Kitchen. May be due to last guests being responsible for cleanliness of and things such as silverware etc... Great location

Beautiful cabin in Pigeon Forge

This house was perfect for our extended family. Good location just out of the way. We did get an email saying to bring extra supplies such as toilet paper ext. Thankfully bc we ran out in 3 of the bathrooms by the end of day one. We also drove a Pacifica that drug the ground every time we left and entered the driveway no matter how slow or what angle we took. Our other car only drug half the time. However, many of the driveways are steep in this area. We would stay again if we were in the area.

Father’s 90th Birthday

Let me start by saying the house is really pretty it sits on the hill and it’s very impressive when you drive up. There are two driveways one is steeper than the other. I called Sean because we got there around 3:05 PM and normally they don’t let you in till four. He was very nice and said he was five minutes away. Said if I don’t mind him stopping in to replace the filters he would let us in. Once we got everything unpacked and put away. We went down to the pool area. We opened the the pool that’s when we noticed the water looked green and there was foam on top of the pool we called Sean. Sean said the pool guy was there and he cleaned it and it should cycle itself through. The next morning. We looked at it again. It did not look good. The foam was worse and it didn’t look like water was filtering through the pipes, and the water was green. I called Sean had the pool guy come out he threw chlorine in it and backwashed it, and that’s when we noticed the water started cycling through the pipes. He told us not to use it for 24 hours so on our last day the pool was clean however we didn’t use it so that was a bummer. Nor did we use the hot tub. We did open it and the sides of the hot tub needed to be scrubbed. There was a film around it. That was disappointing. Rugs in den and bathrooms are worn and need to be replaced. For the price I was disappointed. However Sean was the highlight he was very friendly & helpful. We also loved that they let us bring our dogs.

Applewood delicious!

Loved staying here. Views were beautiful on the wrap around deck. So comfortable and homey. Dollywood just around the corner. Slept like a rock and shower was very warm. Pool is awesome.

2024 Vacation

This was our second time at this location. We were happy to have been able to do an early checkin for a small additional fee. We love the location and how close everything is. We were able to communicate with Shaun related to any questions/address any issues. Would highly recommend, everything is close and staying-in is also great!

Received $100 off our 3 night stay. I’m not sure that satisfied not having TV or WiFi for our group who had poor cell signal and worked virtually while there. Dead bugs in bathtub. Spider webs throughout house. Driveway is super steep and parking is tight. Layout of house is nice. Pool area is nice.

Perfect for our family trip

Our family of 11, ages 18 months -60 years, spent a long weekend at Applewood Manor. The house was amazing. The game room was perfect for the older kids and adults. The pool area was spacious and the pool great. All 4 bedrooms had on suite baths and were spacious. The house is located near attractions as well as the National Park.

Nice family vacation

Despite the check in issues we had a great time In beautiful Smoky Mountains. Cabin is definitely beautiful in a close proximity to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
