Probably the cleanest house we have stayed in with VRBO, and we have stayed in a lot. We had few problems but they were taken care of very quickly and the owners were very responsive. Would definitely stay again and recommend to other's. Very close to all the attractions, very fun week and weekend.

Best Cabin we have found in Pigeon Forge.

My son stayed in this area with friends a few years back and suggested we try it out. It absolutely meet all needs and desires for a family vacation. Area felt safe and secure. Cabin is beautiful, clean and well kept. Everyone of our family members from 10 yrs old to 73 yrs old felt it was the best cabin we have stayed in this far in Pigeons Forge. Definitely will stay here again.

Great Family Christmas

We loved our stay in Landon's Lookout. Our family (6 adults and 5 teens) had plenty of room to gather and/or have quiet time. The Christmas decorations were beautiful and enhanced our Christmas trip!! The location to Dollywood and all of Pigeon Forge was great. Brendan and Angela were very responsive to all our questions.

Mountain vacation

This house was very beautiful and spacious!! We loved the back porch and hot tub. A few minor things- we noticed a few concerns regarding the cleanliness of the home. The dishwasher did not work, and the gas grill needs to be replaced. Overall this house was a great location to all the parks and activities.

Amazing Cabin with amazing views!!!

Our stay was awesome. We had 10 total people and there was plenty of room for everyone. The amenities were amazing. Looking out into the beautiful mountain views from both porches was great! The cabin offered every thing we needed and more! The cabin was clean and the beds were comfortable. The host communication was great. We didn’t have any issues but they checked on us to make sure everything was great for our stay. 5 stars all the way! You’ll definitely enjoy a vacation at this cabin. Tranquility Vista

This property is exactly as advertised. It is a beautiful well laid out cabin with a gorgeous view. We had 6 adults, 1 ten yr old and a baby. There was more than enough space for everyone with space to spread out if time alone was needed, but enough seating in family areas to gather comfortably all together as well. The Kitchen was very well stocked, the hot tub nice and clean. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to others and it will absolutely be our family go to when headed to the Smokey Mountains

28 th Anniversary

The perfect home away from home. Loved everything, beautiful cabin felt so good to celebrate with children and grandchildren. Next time I will consider 2 weeks it felt that much like home. Very attentive hosts no issues with any part of rental thru departure. I got a welcome email and was checked on every couple days and a follow up thank you after I got home. Very thoughtful. Christmas Family Vacation

Went with 2 adult children, their spouses and their kids. One family for each level. Bunk bed and pullout couch for kids was great. Beds were better than mine at home. House was close enough to get to town quickly, far enough to not be in town. Kids enjoyed video game and mini golf. All enjoyed pool table. Kitchen was well stocked and very clean. Table was big enough that we could all eat together. DIL said most relaxing Christmas ever. Had to go home before Christmas Eve though. Kids wanted to be home for Santa.

Great place!

Nice clean cabin and only 10 mins from all the fun! No steep mountains to drive. Communication with the owner was great. She even allowed us extra time to check out which we were very grateful for! My ONLY things I would note would be that the beds are a bit firm. Not hard but definitely firm so keep that in mind when booking. Lastly the indoor pool was FREEZING. I know this isn’t the owners responsibility but maybe it can get passed along to the right person. Our kiddos were super excited to swim but only lasted 20 mins and they were shivering with blue lips haha. Overall 5 stars and we would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Thanksgiving 2023

We loved this cabin for our family. The space was perfect. There were some minor cleanliness issues, but those aren’t the fault of the property owners. Maybe just some feedback to the cleaning crew. Also, the internet was out/severely slow during the day before Thanksgiving and on the day on. We couldn’t watch the parade, football games, kids couldn’t play online games, etc. That was the biggest issue of the whole trip. Brendan was very quick to respond, but some things were out of his control. Cabin is in a great location. Just 10 minutes to pretty much everything. We would stay again.
