About this property

Cabin w/ Hot Tub · Mtn Views · Pool Table · Pets

  • One step. That is all there is between the car door and the couch — no switchbacks, no staircase, no hauling a cooler up a hill. By the time the bags are inside, the fire is going on the covered deck, somebody has racked the pool table, and the Smokies are folding into each other ridge after ridge past the rail. Dollywood is eight minutes away on flat road. The dog has his own room. Twelve of you are about to find out how much easier a mountain trip can be

Welcome to the ultimate 2026 Smoky Mountain getaway — a brand-new modern luxury cabin completed March 2026 and ready to earn perfect 5★ reviews from every guest!

    ABOUT THIS SPACE

Finished in March 2026, so everything you touch is new. Three bedroom suites plus a bunk room, three and a half baths, twelve guests, king suite with walk in shower on the main level and all of the gathering spaces on the main level make this extremely accessible for everyone.

Walk in and the room opens up: a stacked-stone wood burning fireplace floor to ceiling, a live-edge mantel, a wall of windows aimed down the valley. The kitchen sits in the same room, so whoever cooks never gets exiled — granite island, three bar stools, full-size stainless appliances, real oven, dishwasher, sharp knives, cast iron, and both a Keurig and a drip pot.

Sleeping is simple. Two king suites, a third queen suite framing the valley, and a bunk room with two queen beds, plus a sleeper sofa. Six beds for twelve people — nobody draws the short straw on an air mattress. Every bedroom has a smart TV, room-darkening shades, new plush mattresses and hotel-weight linens.

The covered deck is where the trip actually happens. A regulation pool table under string lights. A stone fireplace with lounge seating pulled up. A six-seat dining table with the ridgeline behind it. A charcoal grill, an outdoor kitchen, a putting green, cornhole, and a hot tub bubbling with the mountains in front of it. Beyond it, over an acre of open grass — room to throw a ball until dark.

Two things worth knowing. The entry is a true single step from the parking pad to the main level, and one bathroom has a fully zero-step walk-in shower — rare here, where most cabins start with fourteen stairs. And pets are genuinely welcome, not merely tolerated: there is a dedicated dog room with raised bowls, a crate and waste bags already stocked.

For a rainy afternoon: arcade games, board games, a gas fireplace, and Wi-Fi fast enough to work on.

    LOCATION & WHAT`S NEARBY

You are in Sevierville, all roads to the cabin are paved and relatively flat, the driveway is paved, a little steep, but the parking area is large and flat — no white-knuckle switchbacks, no praying about the brakes on the way down.

    • Dollywood — 5 miles, about 8 minutes
    • Dollywood`s Splash Country — 8 minutes
    • Pigeon Forge Parkway — 10 minutes
    • Tanger Outlets Sevierville — 10 minutes
    • The Island in Pigeon Forge and the Smoky Mountain Wheel — 12 minutes
    • Titanic Museum — 12 minutes
    • Forbidden Caverns — 15 minutes
    • Gatlinburg, Anakeesta and Ripley`s Aquarium — 25 to 30 minutes
    • Great Smoky Mountains National Park entrance — 40 minutes
    • Cades Cove loop — about 1 hour 15 minutes
    • Knoxville and McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) — about 45 minutes

Several grocery options are minutes away or stay home and let your groceries be delivered by one of the delivery services.

WHO THIS HOME IS BEST FOR

Multi-generational families. Grandparents who choose not to negotiate a staircase, kids in their own bunk room, and one deck/patio big enough for all three generations at once.

Guests with mobility considerations. One step into the cabin, a zero-step shower, flat parking, everything on one level. We say it plainly because so few Smoky Mountain cabins can.

Dog people. An acre of grass, a dog room, bowls and a crate already here, and no side-eye about fur on the floor.

Two or three families splitting a trip. Four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, enough places to land that everybody gets a corner.

Remote workers stealing a week. Fast Wi-Fi, hardwired ethernet, a view better than any office.

    GUEST ACCESS

The entire cabin and the acre-plus yard are yours. You will not share the house, deck, patio or hot tub with anyone — no locked wing, no second unit.

Check-in is keyless. We send your door code before you arrive, so you drive straight here without meeting anyone or picking up a key. Arrive after 4:00 PM; checkout by 10:00 AM.

We are local hosts, minutes away, managing this cabin ourselves. Text or call any hour — we answer within the hour.

    PARKING

Free, private and genuinely easy. The driveway is flat and paved right to the house — no gravel grade, no backing down a mountain, no permit, no fee.

Room for four to five vehicles side by side. Full-size trucks, SUVs and passenger vans fit without a three-point turn.

From the pad to the front door is one single step — groceries, a stroller or a walker in one trip, not a hike.

    HOUSE RULES

None of this is meant to be stiff — it just keeps the cabin great for the family after you.

    • Check-in after 4:00 PM, checkout by 10:00 AM.
    • Twelve guests maximum
    • Pets welcome. Tell us when you book
    • No smoking or vaping inside
    • No parties or events. Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
    • Hot tub: rinse before you soak, no glass on the deck, an adult with any child in the water.
    • Exterior cameras cover the driveway and front entry only — never inside, never on the deck or hot tub.

ONE HONEST NOTE, because we would want to know: two neighboring cabins are under construction about 100 feet away. Crews work weekday daytime hours, so you may hear construction noise then. Evenings and weekends are quiet. We would rather tell you now than have you discover it on arrival. One cabin is scheduled to be completed by November of 2026 and the other early in 2027.

Really happy with our stay. The house is beautiful and clean. The location is quiet, which I appreciate, but expect a bit of a drive for most activities. I really appreciated how accommodating John was with our dogs and how quick he was at communication. Absolutely recommend this place.

Very nice place to stay, they could use some more storage bowls in the kitchen for leftovers and more hand towels and a dish towels. We would definitely stay again.

Its a beautiful property, a little far to town but if you want away this is nice, I wish they would have left some cleaning things for accidental spills. Other than that Everything was super nice.
