Parks Lodge is a modern luxury cabin that's close to everything. Completed in late 2022, this high end cabin features three master suites, a custom bunk room, and plenty of space for 12 people to relax and make memories. A beautifully appointed upper level suite has its own private deck and a spacious bathroom with soaking tub and shower.

Parks lodge is Decorated for Christmas during the month of December!

KITCHEN
A modern and spacious kitchen is anchored by bold green cabinets. Open to the main level, this well-stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare all of your meals….including an electric cooktop & oven, stainless steel appliances, Instant Pot, crock pot, blender, toaster, stock pot, electric griddle, & much more! We’ve included a full coffee bar experience featuring pour over, french press, and a coffee machine. We've tried to include everything you might need to cook anything from a light meal to a full Christmas dinner!

DINING
The dining room table seats 10 adults comfortably. There's additional seating available along the kitchen island. For formal meals there are napkins, napkin rings and chargers.

Parks Lodge has 4 bedrooms that comfortably sleep 12 people.

Upper Level King Suite
This spacious room boasts a luxurious en-suite bathroom, complete with an oversized shower and soaking tub. Enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the views from the private deck.

Bunk Room
Kids love staying in our bunk room. Located on the lower level, this bedroom with en-suite bathroom holds three custom built bunkbeds (6 twin beds in total). Each bed has its own reading light.

GAME ROOM
Kids and adults love our game room. It features arcade games, a pool table, board games, and a large screen TV with comfy seating to enjoy streaming your favorite movies.

HOT TUB
Parks Lodge has a large 6 person hot tub, complete with jets and LED lights. It’s the perfect spot to sit back and relax after a fun day.

FIRE PIT
Kick back and relax! Our Adirondack chairs make the perfect hangout spot around the fire with friends and family.

LOCATION
Parks Lodge is located in Thunder Mountain, an upscale development just west of Pigeon Forge. It’s the perfect mix of away from the crowds but close enough to everything. We are roughly 5 miles to Pigeon Forge, 11 miles from Gatlinburg, 6 miles from Wears Valley, and 8 miles to Dollywood.

ENTRY
Check-In: 4 PM
You’ll have your own personalized door code for an easy no hassle check-in.
Check-Out: 10 AM
To allow for enough cleaning time between guests, no late checkouts are available.

INTERNET
High speed internet is provided via Starlink.

PARKING AND EV CHARGER
We have a paved driveway with room for 4 vehicles.
An Electric Vehicle charge is located at the end of the driveway. This Level 2 EV charger has a J1772 plug type. Tesla vehicles can use an adapter to plug in.

LITTLE ONES
We have a high chair and pack and play in the cabin. We do not offer baby gates.

CLEANING FEE
The only fee we charge is a cleaning fee. We pay our cleaners a Fair Living Wage and they do an amazing job. Between each stay the entire property is cleaned and sanitized. All towels and linens are changed out with ones that are fresh and clean and the hot tub is drained, cleaned and refilled.

MAX Occupancy: 12 people total. This includes all ages. Adults, Toddlers, Infants, etc..

Great place for the whole family

The grandparents, kids, and parents all loved this spot. Everyone feels like they have their own room/space and great areas for the whole family to be together as well. Loved the trip!

Great location

Our stay here was amazing! The cabin is beautiful! The beds were very comfortable and there was a lot of attention to detail. The location was perfect for popping into both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home in lovely area

We had 3 families with 6 adults and 6 kids among us, and we all loved the house. It was clean, quiet, well stocked, and comfortable. We saw a bear in the back yard one morning! Location was great relative to nearby attractions. Check in and out were both simple. Hosts welcome gifts and note were a nice touch.

We enjoyed an incredible stay at this beautiful cabin in a great location. We enjoyed activities ranging from Pigeon Forge to Sevierville and Gatlinburg/Great Smoky Mt National Park. The home was immaculate and had all that we needed for a multi-generational group to stay comfortably. The views from the home are breathtaking… you get to see mountains while also feeling like you are in a treehouse. We hope to come again soon!

Wonderful, Relaxing Stay in the Mountains

We had a great long weekend at the cabin. Enjoyed the various places to gather - the teens LOVED the bunk bed room. Hot tub was warm, beds were soft, and bathrooms were clean. Highly recommend this location!

Great Cabin!

The cabin was in great condition and very clean. The host was really easy to communicate with and was helpful answering our questions before and during our stay. Three families can easily stay here. The kids, ages 6-15, really enjoyed the game room!

Amazing cabin for a family getaway

The Parks Lodge was wonderful and exceeded our expectations in so many ways. From the check in process and informative app, the communication with the owner and the many, many amenities included...no detail was overlooked. The cabin is very well stocked with all cooking and kitchen needs, top quality mattresses, linens and towels, games, extra touches and SOO clean. Close enough to town and attractions, but far enough that you feel like you're away from the hustle and bustle. I can't recommend staying here enough. If we're in the Smoky Mountain area again for travel, this is our top pick!

Great Cabin and Awesome Host!

The property was great for our family of 12! We had plenty of room and the kids loved the hot tub. Our host was great with communication. Got back to us quickly and even reached out when the cabin was ready before check-in. Highly recommend!

2 Family Stay

This property delivered everything it listed and then some! After being out exploring the area all day, it was the perfect place to recharge. All of our kids, ranging from 15 to 9, loved all of the entertainment available at the property. And it was great that all six of them were able to stay on that level together. What a beautiful place to stay!

Just as described! Wonderful cabin - very nice! 15 minutes from Parkway - easy to get to wherever in both Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. Incredible views. Very nice upscale bathrooms. Plenty of room for 6 adults & 6 kids. Host was awesome! Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful house

Absolutely beautiful house! We were a group of 7, 5 adults and 2 kids, and we had plenty of room to spread out. If you would like to see a bear, recommend cooking some burgers on the grill out front, seems like a sure way to see one! Had one every time we used it, one time it walked right under the deck. We would stay here again. Nathan was great with communication as well!
