Vacation ruined by negligence and poor management. Our stay was a nightmare from the moment we arrived. We were provided the wrong entry code and left waiting outside in the cold for 40 minutes. While Robert the technician was very helpful, the property itself was a disaster. Not only was the hot tub broken and unusable on our first day, but there was also no hot water in the unit. We had to have maintenance out multiple times and eventually had to drive to the property management office ourselves just to get the issue addressed. It took 26 hours before we were finally moved to a unit where we could actually shower. We spent the majority of our vacation waiting around for maintenance to provide basic necessities rather than enjoying our trip. Despite this massive inconvenience, we received no apology and no reimbursement. I am beyond dissatisfied and would warn others to stay away.
