Space held 26 of us really well. Plenty of activities available on property to keep teens busy. Mountain road was not too bad of a drive. Twenty minutes to get to downtown area.

We needed a place capable of accommodating 26 people for the Challenge Youth Conference at the LaConte Center in Pigeon Forge, TN. The six suites allowed us to divide up between boys, girls & families. The pool, hot tub & fire pits were all very nice as was the game room. We also enjoyed the new dining area.

We had 34 people (kids ages 2-13/ grown ups 26 to 72). Five sisters and their extended families. Having the pool on sight is a great advantage over other cabins in the area. The separate units allowed people to have space to escape to when needed. Outdoor fire areas to hang out at but large enough area that we had around 15-20 people around one fire pit. Very clean premises. The layout of the parking lot and building gave us privacy and allowed the kids to have fun without aggravating any neighbors which allowed the adults to relax. The host Holly was very responsive prior to our stay and all through out when questions came up. We would recommend for any large group especially families.

We took our 6U hockey team to this 6 unit location. We stayed for 4 nights and had a trip we'll never forget. We left the property once for a quick drive to the smokies. The other 3 days, we had no desire to leave. The pool, playground, arcade, and convenient seating made hanging out with friends while our kids played fun and stress free. The kids (aged 3 through 13, but most 6) spent a majority of their time in the arcade and pool. Not one kid complained or even needed the adults the entire time! The 6 units allowed for everyone to stay close, yet still have some privacy that you wouldn't have in a large home. One of the best, if not the best, location we've ever stayed in!

This uniquely designed listing makes it perfect for a group. We brought a group of teens for a retreat. They loved it! The pool, the arcade/TV room, the gas fire pits (all 3 of them), and the Jacuzzi were great places for hanging out and having fun as a group. When space was needed, we retreated back to the rooms which were designed and decorated perfectly. The supplied kitchens in each room came in handy and the butlers kitchen in the game room area was helpful. They were all well stocked with plates, silverware and bakeware for our large group. Holly (the owner) was quick to answer any questions that I had and was extremely accommodating. Overall, this place is amazing and we will definitely be back!
