It’s an ideal place for a quiet getaway yet large enough for family reunions where the entire group can reconnect. This home-away-from-home is situated on 1.22 acres providing ample room for numerous outdoor activities in the daytime or gazing at the moon & stars at night while roasting marshmellows and making smores in the large stone fire pit with plenty of seating for everyone.

The cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to numerous dining and entertainment options. You're only 10 minutes from Dollywood & Pigeon Forge and 20 minutes from the entrance to the Smoky Mountains with hiking trails & waterfalls and numerous overlooks for taking in all the beauty of nature. Moonshine tasting, Forbidden Caverns & The Harrisburg Covered Bridge are great options for nearby adventures. Douglass Lake is 20 minutes away and offers great boating & fishing for the outdoorsman in your family while enjoying the wonderful mountain views and landscape. For your immediate shopping needs Food City and a neighborhood Walmart are located within 2 miles of the cabin.

This spacious 2600sf cabin has a Living room, Kitchen, Dining room, Laundry room and two large bedrooms with two full bathrooms on the main level. The Master bedroom has a King bed, large walk-in closet and master bathroom. The Guest bedroom has a Queen bed and log furniture as well. The living room is beautifully beamed with vaulted, tongue-and-groove white pine ceilings. Furnished with rustic furniture, antler lighting, equipped with two large sofa's for those quaint evenings in front of the fireplace. There is also a round bar height table with 4 chairs and a dining table with 8 chairs for family fun nights.

There are two large bedrooms, a Game room and a full bathroom on the lower level. Each bedroom has a Queen bed plus a Full/Twin bunk-bed so they can sleep up to 5 in each room. There are 4 Deluxe Roll-a-ways in the Game room for additional sleeping. The Game room has a beautiful stacked-stone fireplace, a standard-sized Pool table, big screen smart TV, 3 loveseats, a bar height table with 4 chairs and plenty of seating for the entire family. This area of the cabin is a huge hit with the kids where they can be away from their parents having fun enjoying the numerous games.

There are 3 smart TVs throughout the cabin and Spectrum cable for your viewing pleasure and guests can use their personal streaming services like Netflix, Prime, HBO Max or Hulu for expanded viewing options. Two new air conditioning systems thoroughly cool the cabin and there are ceiling fans in every room for your maximum comfort. The two gas fireplaces do a great job of instantly heating the cabin on cool mornings or evenings along with the central heating & cooling of the A/C systems. There is a laundry room with a high efficiency washer & dryer where laundry soap & softener sheets are provided. There’s an iron & ironing board available as well. The two driveways can accommodate parking for 3 cars each with no street parking allowed.

After a long day you’ll enjoy winding down in the hot tub located on the rear deck with 4 comfy chairs and a large table that seats 10 or resting in one of the 6 rocking chairs and 2 benches on the front deck with a bottle of wine or your cocktail of choice while watching the sunset.

Hot Tub: The hot tub is always set at 100 degrees and can be adjusted up to 104 if so desired. No children under the age of 10 permitted in the hot tub at any time without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk.

Special Notes:
1. Unreasonable loud noise & music, parties or events are strictly prohibited. This property is located in a quiet neighborhood. Please observe quiet hours between 10pm – 8am (violation of quiet hours may result in a $500 fine)

2. Do not set AC systems below 70 degrees (owner will be notified). They may freeze up and you'll be responsible for the additional cooling cost & repair bill. There are ceiling fans in ever room for your maximum comfort.
