GUEST ACCESS: Guests have full cabin access. There is a paved parking area that can hold 1-2 cars. You can fit another car on the dirt on the side, if necessary.

DOGS: Please note this cabin is next to two residential properties and that the neighboring properties have dogs that can sometimes bark. No refunds will be issued for this.

PET FEE: $50/night/pet (minimum $150 per stay)

STEEP DRIVE: The driveway is short, but steep and requires a two-point turn to get in/out. Once you do it a couple times you'll be a pro!

4WD REQUIRED: During Winter, if there is a snowstorm 4WD is required and you may not be able to make it up the driveway without it. There will be no refunds if you can't make it up the driveway to the cabin or bring the wrong type of vehicle for the weather.

- The cabin has well water and when first turning the hot water on it can sometimes have a slight sulfur smell. This will go away after a minute or two and is typically just when you first turn it on the first day. After you start using the water regularly it goes away. This is normal. The water is drinkable.

- Cell phone service can be spotty in the area, so download the maps offline before arriving.

- The community pool and fishing pond are run by a 3rd party and we have no control over closures, etc. that may occur. No refunds will be issued for closures of these amenities.

- Fireplace is gas powered and is typically shut off between March/April and October/November.

SOME NOTES ABOUT THE MOUNTAINS:
- This is the mountains and cell service may be spotty
- There may be some twisty roads
- This is in the forests and mountains and you will likely see bugs, mice, or furry critters (including bears!). We do maintain the property with regular pest control, but due to the surroundings, or if doors are left open, or food is left outside the house, this can attract critters.
- There are no refunds for storms or power outages. If there is a power outage, there will be no water and potentially no heat. Storms can also make roads impassable, so if a storm is in the forecast during your reservation, come prepared with water and non-perishable food, etc.

- PLEASE NOTE: Fall/Winter is ladybug season in the Smokies and these little buggers are attracted to heat, meaning your cabin and every other one out there that is warm! They will swarm to the cabin and you'll probably see them alive/dead on windowsills, in vents, etc. Rest assured that your cabin has regular pest control and is professionally cleaned, including bug removal, before and after your stay. However, these bugs come back right away and unfortunately there is nothing that can be done about them until the season passes.

My family and I (3 total) had a wonderful stay. The cabin is located close enough to make going everywhere a short drive. The property is well maintained and clean. The driveway is steep but was easy to maneuver. We highly recommend.

Cost was too much. If price was listed up front it would be nice. At the checkout you see owner charges which were pretty steep.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The beds are comfortable, and the hot tub was wonderful! The cabin was decorated for Christmas, located just minutes away from many attractions and restaurants. The driveway is tricky, so I would recommend following the host's suggestion of arriving during daylight hours to naviagte the first time. Neighborhood was quiet. Host is attentive with excellent communication.

We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was well cleaned and accommodated for our needs. The location was in a very quite area in the mountains. It was very nice to be away from the city for a few days. The communication between us and the property owner were clear and understanding and answered our questions in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend renting from them. Thank you for the wonderful time!

This cabin was super cute! It was nicely decorated & really comfy! Loved the king sized beds! Also we definitely enjoyed the jacuzzi. The owners were very responsive & very nice! We even stayed an extra night. The drive way was steep but like the owners state, once you do it, it’s pretty easy. Also the cabin is close to everything. We were in pigeon forge within minutes. We really enjoyed our stay here & would recommend this cabin.

Perfect location, you have the peace and quiet yet so close to town. The hosts were wonderful, very helpful with everything. Wish I could’ve stayed longer! You WILL NOT be disappointed. I will definitely return! Thank you!

SUPER Clean, updated house & baths. The hair dryers were missing but the owner immediately had them at the house.

This cute little cottage is great if you like off the beaten path! Roads are narrow, curvey & not well light, so I suggest that you do your first arrival during daylight hours so you can see where you're going. Driveway is steep but we got two vehicles in the driveway. Property has been remodeled and is up to date but sitting space is kinda limited and kitchen can be pretty congested. Owners has communicated a lot, but not to the propery's useage and/or accessibility. Next time, I will be staying a little closer to Piegon Forge and it's been a beautiful time to be in the area.

My husband and I had an amazing time!!! The cabin was absolutely beautiful and very very clean! It was close to everything we wanted to visit/tour. Our host: Cale, was AWESOME! He answered all of our questions immediately and went above and beyond to make our stay so wonderful! He turned the fireplace on, the hot tub was amazing, and the beds were so comfy! We watched Halloween Ends, and the surround sound was excellent!! :) the cabin came equipped with everything we needed! We will definitely be back! in-fact, we are talking about making this a yearly trip :) Thankyou, Cale! We hope to VRBO with you guys again soon!! :) RyAngie

We enjoyed our stay at this property! The cabin is cozy and decorated cute! I love how there are games and a arcade game in the home, kids loved it! It is very close to Pigeon forge where all the action is. However, I do feel the property is better suited for a smaller family, its smaller in person and table wont even fit 6 people. The neighbors dogs are very loud and barked continously which was a little annoying. There were a few things broken when arriving and we sent them immediately to owners who responded promptly. I think the cleaners could've done a little better prepping before we came. We all had a great stay, but if I am being honest the price we paid was a little more than the quality we got!

When we first got to the property it was later at night. We did an initial walk through where we discovered the towels from the previous guests were still on the floor in the bathrooms. I quickly got ahold of the property owners and they were able to dispatch a cleaning crew to be there within 30 minutes! They were really communicative and did everything they could to make it right for us, and we really appreciated that!! The cleaning crew ended up redoing the whole cabin, even though we were pretty sure it was just the bathrooms that needed to be done. It was peace of mind to know it was all done again. Overall we had a really nice stay and loved being able to have our own hot tub!

My husband and I rented this cabin from Cale (property owner) to stay with our dog and our two friends. When we booked the cabin the rules for pets were 2 pets max and must be crated if left unattended. Our dog is 150 lbs. We arrived at the cabin. When we pulled up to the cabin we noticed it wasn’t in the best location. The neighboring cabins are very trashy looking and there are multiple vappy/barking dogs surrounding the entire cabin. Every time you go outside these dogs bark constantly. We walk inside the cabin to look around and we find an interior door leading to an exterior. This door was a closet door with an interior lock. The set of double doors doesn’t even have a lock on it. The trash cans are protected more than the cabin is. Another issue was that our dogs crate couldn’t even fit inside the cabin. The pictures are very misleading. We notified the owner of the property and led with the issue of our dogs crate not being able to fit, trying to be respectful of their furnishings and property (keep in mind the rules for pets were 2 max, crated while unattended). Cale, the owner, replied with “you can still stay here but the house rules for pets are 50 lbs max, so you violate house rules). We then contacted VRBO and they confirmed Cale changed the rules after our booking and at the time we messaged him about the issue. We messaged Cale stating we confirmed with VRBO he changed the pet rules after our booking and told him about the property being unsecured with no locks in the back doors. He stated he wouldn’t give us a refund and would only refund us if the property was rebooked. We contacted VRBO, spent a total of four hours on the phone with them over the next two days. We let VRBO know the property was unsafe and told them about the lack of locks and improper egresses. They stated it was all up to the property owner. We did not feel safe staying at the cabin due to the location/surrounding neighbors and having no locks on the doors out back. We left 30 mins after we arrived and rented another cabin. So now we are out the money we paid for this cabin. Cale nor VRBO was helpful in the situation at all. The cabin was also very dingy looking. It needs a deep cleaning. This was a NIGHTMARE of an experience.

The cabin was the perfect little getaway for us for our first Christmas in Tennessee, very clean, absolutely loved the fireplace and the Christmas decorations made it feel very christmassy. We did have an issue with one of the bathrooms having a terrible smell coming from it every time we opened the faucets or flushed the toilet, the other bathroom was just fine. We weren’t there most of the day so it didn’t bother us much.. Sadly our son was sick during those days so we couldn’t enjoy the jacuzzi like we had planned but all in all it was great. Only thing the entrance to the cabin is so steep and hidden we did not like that at all. Cannot wait to go back to Tennessee.

As a couple me and my wife had a good time with plenty of room in the cabin. Hot tub was nice. A nice tv in each room. It was a cozy little nest on the side of a mountain. Fifteen minutes from Pigeon Forge! I would only say the driveway might need a little work to make it easier to get in and out. We would drive past it and turn around to get a straighter entry into it. Thank you, Cale!
