Jim’s place was absolutely incredible, the place was insanely gorgeous. It is so peaceful and relaxing. We felt right at home, they really have something special!

We could not have picked a more perfect home to stay in! We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary and three birthdays. We relaxed, had fun and had just an amazing time! Jim and Jessica made sure that our stay was everything that you could hope for. We were sad to leave and can't wait to visit again!

We have stayed in the area many times and this was the nicest place to date! The heated pool is actually heated and extremely enjoyable. Very clean house, comfortable bed, a kitchen that is stocked with quality items and views of the Smokies that is fantastic!! It would be a great place to host several families or your kids and grandkids. We will definitely be returning to Phoenix Lodge!!

Cabin looked just as good as the pictures. The views and pool are incredible. The team that hosts the cabin are fantastic and will respond within the hour of messaging. Drinking morning coffee on the deck and watching the scenery is next to none.

We had a family vacation as my mom remembered the Smoky Mountains fondly from her childhood trips with my grandparents. The rest of us had never been but what a wonderful surprise! Beautiful view, comfortable and welcoming home, and a great time with lots to do in the house!

This cabin was STUNNING! The indoor pool was so amazing, all the beds were incredibly comfortable, the living areas were cozy, lots of amenities m, FULLY stacked kitchen, and the hosts were extremely responsive when messaged! Phoenix Lodge was perfect for our family of 9! Beautiful views everywhere and comfortable seating and great bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool and hot tub were added bonuses! Hosts were very gracious and responsive, thank you Jim and Jessica for sharing your wonderful home with us. We enjoyed every minute from our arrival through departure. Very clean and comfortable with plenty of room for our family of ten. Outside activities were limited due to wind and cold snap but inside was cozy with the fireplaces and heated pool. We found everything needed for cooking Thanksgiving feast in the well appointed kitchen. We definitely want to come back.
