West Woods Lodge in the Smokies

Welcome to West Woods Lodge! Our space can sleep up to 10 guests & hold gatherings for up to 40 people. Our cabin is perfect for an affordable family reunion or to host an event or micro wedding! West Woods Lodge is located in a private community, just minutes away from everything the area has to offer! Come enjoy the wonder of the Smoky mountains by staying in our cabin.

The seasonal pool is within walking distance and there is a covered pavilion on the property available for guests.

West Woods Lodge has plenty of parking spaces to entertain guests and is the perfect cabin for anyone in town for a car show or traveling with multiple families, there is plenty of excess parking on property. You’ll find premium mattresses in every room to ensure you have a comfortable stay, extra pillows and blankets are also available in every bedroom. Smart TVs and cable are in every room including the large dining room!

Highchair or Pack n Play can be requested from your host. To keep our property family friendly we have a retractable baby gate installed at the top of the staircase. Early check in & late check out may be available!

The Ivy Garden Chateau is our other property and is Adjacent to West Woods Lodge, perfect for multiple families traveling together who need extra space!

The entire cabin is available for guest use. There can be more seating options if requested as well as sleeping arrangements. If you’d like to utilize the pavilion for private use for a party or wedding please message your host

Feel free to reach out if you need absolutely anything! We have an onsite office and are here for anything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. If you need any food or attraction recommendations don’t hesitate to reach out.

The cabin was great! The host was great to work with, and really nice, they even brought us a travel crib the first night when we needed one for the baby! It was easy to access, close drive to all the attractions. Very spacious, we had plenty of room for the adults and kids. The beds slept great, loved the showers too, and plenty of bathrooms for everyone. We enjoyed the cornhole boards, games, firepit, and big outdoor picnic area to grill out. We hope to come again soon!.

There’s lots of space for eating, but not a lot for more relaxed comfortable gathering inside. We didn’t use the firepit, but that would be another area for fellowship. The mattresses were comfortable and the host was super helpful in getting us a couple things we couldn’t find! She was easy to reach and went above and beyond to be helpful. There are lots of blueish lights in the area at night so it’s fairly lit up and there are neighbors closer than we expected, but there was nothing said to give us an idea others wise and we didn’t ask, but they were kind of loud.

Overall our experience with West Wood was amazing! The property manager Jessica was great to work with, very great communication throughout before and during our stay. We had our wedding there and it was the absolute perfect place for a small family wedding, I couldn’t have asked for a better setting to be honest it was absolutely perfect. The only issue we had was with the air upstairs it never did cool very well, and we understood we were in a season where heat was needed at night and air during the day for the part. Also we had two kids under two and there was several loose wires, assuming dealing internet or telephone right behind the bar that maybe could possibly be situated differently to be safer for little ones. Other than that though we had no issues and absolutely would stay here again!!!!

Communication was amazing and owner responded super quick. Brought a high chair for us to use prior to our stay and allowed us early check in. Cabin needs a little TLC, but it had most of the things we needed for our stay. There were random phone wires hanging at kid level in various rooms and one of the beds upstairs has some exposed wires so we had to watch the kids sleeping in that room carefully. The AC couldnt quite keep up when it was hot, so we purchased fans to go in the bedrooms. Hot tub smelled kinda moldy when we first opened it, but once we left the cover off it was better. Pool was directly across from our cabin and super convenient. We have littles that could walk half of the pool or so since its about 3 ft in the shallow end. I also liked there were bathrooms at the pool so we didnt have to go in the house wet. Location was awesome. Only 15 minutes from most things in Pigeon Forge and around 30 from Gatlinburg. Ultimately, we would definitely stay here again!
