Luxurious, beautiful and comfortable one-bedroom apartment with a patio in the Nervión neighborhood. Next to Sevilla F.C Stadium, Nervión Plaza shopping center and El Corte Inglés. It has central heat and air. The bedroom has a very comfortable 150cm bed and a built-in wardrobe, as well as other storage furniture. The kitchen is integrated into the living room with all the necessary equipment: coffee maker, kettle, oven/microwave, washer/dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, blender...

The living room has a large leather sofa and a puff bed perfect for third person (high density). There is high-speed Wi-Fi in case it is necessary to telework from there. In the patio there is a table with three chairs and it is the perfect place to have an aperitif or if you want, you can store bicycles during your stay (there are no bicycles in the apartment). The apartment is located in a very quiet area.

A few meters away there is a metro stop, bus, taxi and bicycle and scooter rental. The center is a 15-minute walk away and the Santa Justa Station is only a 10-minute walk away. We have a cot for family stays.

Arrivée autonome, clé dans un cadenas. Appartement bien équipé avec climatisation. Savon, shampoing et produits de cuisine (huile...) fournis. Il est à côté du stade de Séville, quartier calme, supermarchés à proximité. Métro et tram à proximité, environ 15 minutes pour se rendre au centre-ville.

La ubicación es inmejorable ya que el metro y el super está a pocos metros del piso. La habitación da por la calle pero no hubo ningún problema ya que la calle es tranquila. ¡100% recomendable!
