HIGH QUALITY AND GREAT LOCATION- Luxurious spacious and bright apartment with touches of color and elegant design, it is a perfect property to enjoy a quiet stay in the center of Seville without renouncing the proximity to points of tourist interest - and a must - like the Metropol Parasol, La Catedral, Giralda or Los real Alcázares. .

It is the ideal location to enjoy the Holy Week, since all the brotherhoods pass a few meters from the accommodation, being therefore optimal to see them and be able to rest whenever you want. Surrounded by several important churches, this being the place of departure of many of the important brotherhoods of this Religious Festival.

The April Fair in Seville is easily accessible by direct bus or taxi, which stops only a few meters away.

The Museum of Fine Arts, second most important gallery in Spain, is located just 3 minutes walk.

Likewise, a few meters away, there are innumerable Sevillan Palace Houses and churches of the highest cultural value.

The environment is a show of COLOR AND LIFE: there are many restaurants, tapas bars, where you can taste our wonderful cuisine. gardens, shops, banks, supermarkets and fruit shops, and places with live flamenco shows.

The building is an old Sevillian palace house of the eighteenth century, completely restored in 2017, but keeping all its architectural splendor, is characterized by its mixture of old and modern, many of the details of this are original (tiles, irons , wooden windows, vaults.) has a fountain in its main courtyard where its wonderful relaxing sound immerses you in the warmth and peace that you feel in this place.

The phone number listed in VRBO to contact our host was incorrect. To be fair, I had messaged with our host prior to arriving and he had messaged me to call him when I was there, listing his phone number but I assumed it would the same as the one in the VRBO app. The parking lot was a 7 minute walk and cost 32 Euros a day. The actual apartment was very comfortable and clean. It was in an excellent location for walking to shops, restaurants and plazas and in a great old building with a wonderful courtyard.

Perfect location - definitely has a boutiqueness about it - quiet, relaxing, clean. I would definitely stay here again and is a great find and place to base yourself in discovering the city

Great spot in a great location

The listing was exactly as advertised. It was easy to find and about a 15 minute walk from the bus station, so not bad for walking. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores in the area and it was very close to all the main attractions. Would stay again.

4 night stay in Seville

Lovely stay at this apartment. Spacious, quiet and in what we considered a perfect location. Main areas were in easy walking distance with food, stores and attractions near by but quiet enough to be just away from heavy tourist areas. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Apartment in Central Seville

We couldn’t be happier with this property. Plenty of space, working AC, two bedrooms, two bathrooms plus great views overlooking the courtyard. We will be sure to return to this place the next time we’re in Seville!

Short break in Sevilla

An ideal property for a short stay to see the lovely city of Sevilla. The location was quiet but we were able to easy walk to shops, bars and restaurants. It is near to the cathedral which is a must see. The apartment was clean and tidy. It had a lovey Spanish feel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Awesome Location

This place is in the most amazing location in Seville. So close to everything, especially during holy week. The apartment was exactly as advertised and provided a great basecamp for our daily excursions in to town. Communication was prompt and clear. I would definitely stay here again!

A lovely and quiet location in old Sevilla

It was all good. Checkin was quick and easy. The apartment was lovely and everything worked as it should. It is well situated with tours and restaurants all within easy walking distance. The streets in the area are very narrow and if you unload your rental car at the apartment before returning it, you should expect people will be annoyed that you have blocked the street. We had a lovely time and would not hesitate to return.

Delightfully Quiet Apartment

Just a short distance to several active areas, this location remains quietly accessible. The meet and greet went seamlessly, the quick response time from management was exceptional, and the apartment is attractive and comfortable - with very nice and large bathrooms. The kitchen is functional (some lightbulbs will likely be replaced right away) and includes a washer with a really nice dryer rack in bath #2. Scan the code on the bottom of the wifi router for a very good internet signal. The TV is not a "smart TV", so use your laptop for Netflix, etc.

Seville Stay

Carla was very helpful to us and responded to our questions. The place is beautifully laid out, modern bathrooms, well decorated and comfortable. Our only concern had to do with our understanding how the heating system worked. It was quite chilly in March and we had the heater on full but it wasn't heating. Eventually, on night 2, we figured out the controller and everything was fine after that. Nice visit overall.

Well situated, quiet apartment

Welcome was excellent even though we arrived late. Communication with Carla was good throughout and slight problems dealt with over and above our expectation. Apartment is in a quiet residential area but only 15 - 20 minute walk to Cathedral and Alcazar with the Setas literally round the corner. Many and varied restaurants within a short walk, Small supermarkets within 5 minutes but we used the larger Aldi which was a 6 minute walk away. This apartment could not be better located if you want to be near the sites but value quiet and privacy. We enjoyed our stay here so much and did not want leave, so would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and the management team. Thank you

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The apartment is in an ideal location - just a few minutes' walk from Las Setas and within easy access of all of the historical center of Sevilla. Communication was seamless. The apartment is comfortable, well-appointed, and beautifully decorated. My family of three (including a toddler) was very comfortable and happy here for five days as we explore Sevilla.

A quiet & relaxing apartment

The apartment is walking distance to many restaurants, supermarkets & attractions. There is an elevator which is great for those heavy suitcases. The kitchen is well equipped with a hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer & tea/coffee making facilities. The bed is comfortable too. We recommend this apartment.

Ideal for an independent stay in Seville

We loved our stay here - we prefer apartments to hotels, and this was in a perfect place - quieter than the Santa Cruz area but great for access to most of Seville’s sights - eg a 10 minute walk to the cathedral, 30 minutes to Plaza de Espana, 15 minutes to the bus station. Gerardo sent easy-to-follow instructions, and the apartment itself was very spacious for just the 2 of us. Would definitely recommend this.

Amazing property! Beautiful, atmospheric, creative, spacious! Everything was perfect! (Only issue i had was as an older person figuring out how to get in to hoise using umfamiliar technology. But the owner patiently walked me thru it). This house is the best VRBO i have ever found (in my price range of course)
