This is not the high season so you make want to book some other month if you wish a more Vivid experience. By far, the very best steak Tatar I have ever tried in my entire life! "What a lovely spa/hotel and surrounding countryside! The staff is kind and accommodating. And the pools are wonderful. My wife and I started off at Hotel Rosa apartments and opted to transfer to Hotel Sotelia with the adult pool complex. It was a good choice. We have nothing against the young children, but it was nice to rest in the soothing waters without kids running around. The meals were quite good. The surrounding farmland is beautiful and it's crowned with a 13th century castle at the top of the hill. "
