Suite was as described and very clean. Instructions provided well ahead of stay and communication with the host was easy. Host made sure we had ample supplies and even addressed an additional last minute need even though they did not have to. The location was perfect…walking distance to everything, including quick hikes when we wanted to get out of town. We would definitely stay again when visiting Seward!
Acceptable accommodations, but for 5 people, it would have been nice to have more seats in the living room and a larger refrigerator. But landlords very responsive when we had a question.
We were very comfortable staying here. Our kids stayed in the room with the two beds and they enjoyed that. The mini-kitchen was nice to have. Nice place to stay.
We enjoyed our stay in Seward. The house was quiet and relaxing. Kenai Fiord Tour was exciting with Humpback whales breaching and feeding, the glaciers are calving and the day was beautiful.
This property was perfect for our family of 5. Kids had the larger rooms 2 beds and the smaller room was fine for me and the wife. Clean accommodations and comfortable beds. Would choose this over a hotel any day. The only minor negative would be the thin walls/floors. Footsteps and flushing toilets from above can be loud. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
Stayed here in Seward with our 2 adult daughters. They appreciated the room with 2 queen beds. The place has a slightly odd set up (2 locked bedrooms with a common area and small kitchenette) but it works. It was comfortable and easy to get to downtown Seward and the train depot/cruise area. We appreciated the snacks, tea, coffee, peanut butter, jam, etc, that they left for us and we made use of. Perfect place for our needs.
We had a great stay at this property. Owners are very prompt communicators and very welcoming. They even shared their personal wine glasses with us! We stayed in the whole place with family- it would be close quarters if you did not know the other people staying there (there are two listings at this property). It was clean and as represented in the listing. The outside area was key for us as there really isn’t any common space inside. We spent most of our evenings out there. Great location to downtown Seward- easy walk. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in Seward in the future!
The room with two beds is large but the other room is very small. There is complimentary coffee and snacks. The fridge is very
small and freezes things. Also, the chairs in the common seating area are very uncomfortable
Perfect place for 3 nights we have spent in Seward. Our 13 and 10 year old had their own bedroom with separate beds and bathroom and my husband and I had our own. Kitchenette had fridge, microwave, sink, coffee maker. There were even some snacks so before you get a chance to get some groceries, you can have a snack. My kids got very excited about it. We got excited about coffee. The space was clean and had everything that family of 4 might need in a house.
Our stay at Eagleland was quaint and comfortable. It is central to everything Seward offers —cultural, dining, adventure, hiking, all of it. At day’s end we enjoyed the mountain views from the outdoor front sitting area. And, it has the best blackout drapes of anyplace we’ve been. Didn’t need to wear a night time eye mask, unlike all the other places we experienced.
We came to compete in the Mt Marathon Race. Since we enjoy eating meals out, the lack of a kitchen was no problem. The hosts were quick to communicate, and they provided plenty of snacks and coffee. The location was almost on the race course and perfect for us. Would recommend unless you need a full kitchen.
This place was perfect for our family of 5. Breakfast was delicious, the place was clean and had everything we needed, and our hosts went above and beyond. We left a few items behind by accident and Nanette mailed them back to us. Highly recommend!
The property was better than expected and had everything we needed including snacks and breakfast items. Is centrally located between waterfront and downtown. Super convenient for all activities. Very quaintly decorated and in a quiet neighborhood. Will definately book this property on our next trip.

Hi! While visiting Seward in August 2015 I spent several days in Eagle Land B&B. I was travelling solo but thanks to Naneth's advertency and her family's huge hospitality, joyfulness and friendliness I hadn't spent a single moment feeling alone in that lovely place!
Naneth and her husband Craig gave me very useful peices of advice and helpfull recommendations, if it weren't for them, I wouldn't be able to see so many new and interesting spots in Seward!
Eagle Land B&B is placed very conveniently. The street is quiet and calm but still fast by the center. You can quickly get by foot to the harbor - the point of departure for all sightseeing vessels as well as to central streets, abundant with shops and restaurants to every taste.
Apartment is quiet and comfy. The bed is very comfortable, thats why, despite that my days were extremly replete with excursions, I had a magnificient sleep and was ready for any new impressions. Moreover, all habitants of Eagle Land B&B were favoured with very delicious and nourishing breakfasts! Naneth always took into consideration all wishes of guests.
Wi-Fi always had strong signal. If you get the desire to leave Seward and take a look at the environs, you can find a bus stop in 5-7 min walk from apartments.
I am glad that i had a chance to meet with such remarkable, communicable and bright folks as Naneth, Craig and their dear children! I had a dashing time there! Can totally recommend this beautiful in all respects apartments!

This walk-in basement apartment is located centrally to all downtown Seward activities. The historic home is well decorated and roomy with extremely comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The location is great for those with or without a vehicle. The host was very communicative as needed.
I was surprised when we got to the property. I don't think the pictures do it justice. My friends really enjoyed the accommodations--walking distance to just about everything in Seward. Host responded immediately to messages and provided many amenities, like coffee, snacks and toiletries. Will definitely recommend this place to others.
The location is perfect - walkable to everything! Not a lot of space to spread out but adequate for 4-5 people. The owners are very nice and available for any questions you have. There was a water main break in town while we were there and they came to bring us gallons of water to use in the time being. Only negative - terrible pillows!
