The hotel shuttle was fast and the staff member driving was very polite and gave directions to where we needed to go. I really felt like I was somebody staying at this property. "Our room (516) had a couple of funky odors. The main room smelled as if a pet had had an accident that was not properly cleaned and the bathroom smelled as if maybe it needed a shower curtain change or maybe new grout. Like the smell was more than a good cleaning could cure. It would have been a great room if not for that. The staff was excellent. Extremely helpful and friendly! We used the pool and it was ok. The pool table needs a couple new cues but we still enjoyed it. We planned to use the workout center but ended up not so can’t comment on that and breakfast was better than I thought it might be. More choices than I expected and not just the run of the mill hotel breakfast options. "

"Coffee maker broken. Wi-Fi unsafe, all my devices reject it. (Rare case) Parking sometimes challenging. Pretty far from terminal, keep 20 minutes in mind for transit."
