Good stay. Only thing was front desk forgot to leave message w housekeeping that i was on an extended stay so they were banging on the door while i had do not disturb on the door making a scene when it was unnecessary & i got charged for it but didnt get to stay for the agreed upon time i was to leave. Not a bad place at all, housekeeping might need a vacation tho lol

Our room was freezing cold when we checked in, and it took an hour for it to get comfortable. We never got Direct TV to load. The place could use some serious updating, but the bed was comfortable, and the shower had good pressure and was hot.

The hotel, in general, was kept clean and orderly. Our room was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of choices. The staff was very nice and informative.

Easy on/off from the freeway. The "cold" breakfast was fine. Since they had a microwave, some instant oatmeal packs would have been nice.

The room was nothing like in the Expedia add. Pillows were to small. The toilet wouldn't work, had to turn on and off at wall. Took forever to get key card to work and get in room. The renovations to the room leave a lot to be desired. The parking lot was almost impossible to drive through. When went to check out couldn't rise anyone to help us for a receipt. After 20 minutes of trying to get help so we left and was late to our meeting. However at check in, the gentleman that took care of us was a delightful young man. Sincerely, Duree Lee

The location is a bit odd and unsafe. There’s a big truckers stop next to it where it’s hard to get out of. The breakfast is somewhat thrown together with little offerings. Staff was nice though.

The hotel was staffed by people who seemed inexperienced in hospitality services. Our room only had a cover and sheet on the bed, we also lacked towels and pillows. When we requested these items we were given only one pillow and ended up buying our own blankets and towels. Checking out was also a disaster with no one being at the front desk or answering calls. Really tanks the Wyndham brand.

dirty pool

i called before booking to make sure that the pool was open. I was told that it was. I must have forgotten to ask if it was clean. the pool was very green, you could barely see he light that was in it. I felt dirty just looking at it.

The pictures on the site were totally different then the hotel, it had outside entrance, which we would never reserve, because we are three ladies and are concern about safety. The door on the room had to be pushed open. The room stunk like mildew.
