Poor & unsafe outside lighting/parking. Non-functional or broken interior window/door locks, kitchen drawers. The cleaning crew was still there 30 minutes AFTER our check-inn time. Denied early-check inn. Denied late-check out."

"We came for a short stay and brought our dog with us. The property is perfect for a few days of relaxing by the river while the dog splashed in the water. Close enough to everything you want to see and do in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but still quiet and peaceful. Great property and location "
