"Our room was a perfect size for our family, clean and updated, loved the layout. Only complain was that the pool was crowded and didn’t have enough chairs. The resort needs a 2nd pool. Parking lot was a good walk from our room, but the grounds are pretty and kept up nice."

"We stay here often and always love it. The only thing we dislike is the coat of parking. $15 a night is ridiculous. Especially for the location….there isn’t any reason to even be charging for parking. "

"Flooring/carpeting in room was dirty. They need a good shampooing and/or replaced. Pools were unsupervised, so obnoxious teenagers take over the hot tubs and typical families cannot enjoy their time. This happened at least 3 times in different pools across the property. The pool decking and sidewalks throughout were filthy. This property is in dire need of a refresh and needs better routine maintenance. A power washer, power scrubber and a floor shampoo on a scheduled basis would go along way. Overall, the all staff were nice and helpful. We will pass on any future visits to this property. We will not be coming back to this resort "

"Clean room, helpful kind staff, pool area under construction for new additions, though we enjoyed the lazy River 2 days. It’s not upscale, good family resort though. Enjoyed good drinks and nachos at pool. "

"Its a mixed review...Property could use a thorough, deep cleaning and need service for pest control, however its a very spacious property with good accomodations for multiple people. While not golfing, we spent most of our time sitting outside, so this served our needs well. The hosts responded very quickly to our issues with chirping smoke detectors. Because of the cleaning issues, we wouldn't go back."

"This property did not meet expectations and was not in the condition advertised upon arrival.We paid for early check-in, but the home was not guest-ready. It had not been cleaned, garbage was present, bathrooms were dirty, the pool table was not set up, and there was no electricity in the garage room. The home was not usable at that time, so the early check-in fee did not deliver what was promised.During our stay, we experienced ongoing issues with cleanliness, safety, missing essentials, and non-functioning amenities. There was broken glass that caused a cut foot, the pool was unclean and the pump not working, and basic items like beach towels (not stocked for the amount of renters) , kitchen towels, and trash bags were missing. There was also a leaking sink and a bathroom drain that would not clear.While the host eventually addressed many issues, it required multiple service visits (cleaners, electrician, pool tech, plumber), which disrupted our stay.The grounds are beautiful, but at a luxury price point, you expect the home to be fully ready. We only requested a refund of the early check-in and cleaning fees, which felt reasonable, but received nothing.Overall, the experience did not match the listing, and future guests should be aware."
