"I checked in late, but overall, it was an amazing experience with staff, professionalism all-time high,the overall presentation was excellent. My room was beautiful the only issue was the pullout bed that was in my room had a huge wet stain on it. I can only imagine where they could’ve came from but other than that great experience."

"When I saw the glass covering the front desk I knew it was a poor choice the hallway was dim and no circulating ac. My room was hot and I turned on ac and it was noisey. I then noticed the 2 locks on the door and door was loose. I then went to desk and politely asked for a refund. He said I could have another room and I stated I did NOT feel safe staying there and he would not return my money. I said that is fine and stopped payment on my card. Tried to contact Expedia and that was a wild goose chase as well. I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and is was 50 bucks more but WAY worth it. They had scanners for people to not be able to enter without having a room key. The Red Roof had ZERO security measures. They also stated they MUST do housekeeping every other day which tells me there is NO telling what creepy things occur there. STEER CLEAR"

"Very easy check in. Property is a great place. Well stocked with amenities. Ms Tanya, our host, communicated with us prior to check in. Rustic ranch decor inside. Comfortable beds and awesome showers. It’s a working ranch. We saw beautiful Longhorn and a few calves, a couple of horses and a very sweet dog -Shakira. Very peaceful location that suited our family well. Will definitely return when in this area. "

"Handicap parking had no signage. Even though it was painted Handicap. No one cared they parked like it was regular spot. Staff didn't tell them otherwise. I'm Handicap and I had to use a regular spot. Had to call desk due to loud music from guest drinking outside my room Will not be staying here again"

"We had a wonderful time at the French Polo Estate. There was plenty of space to accommodate the guests and the pictures featured on the listing were pretty accurate. The pool was clean and enjoyable. We had few guests who had issues with the AC and some of those issues were resolved while others remained unresolved, thus resulting in some guests sleeping out of their assigned rooms. There were not enough paper towels and toilet paper rolls to accommodate the guests for all three days of the trip but once management was contacted, the items were delivered on the last day of our stay. Just need to have enough of those items to cover the whole trip in the future. Some guests reported being wrongfully yelled at by the stables staff in a disrespectful and derogatory manner for driving over the speed limit and management has been informed and will investigate. Other than that, we had a great time and would recommend anyone who is looking for a secluded place in the middle of the city to stay at the French Polo Estate!"
