Once we addressed this to the front desk staff, they allowed us to moved rooms and the issue was resolved. In the New room, there was paint, chipping off walls, inside the restroom. "

"The room was very clean and well appointed, and the staff friendly and helpful. There’s just one thing though, The motorized shades were broken and I assume they were all broken since they were all down from the outside. Which means we had to get up in the morning without sunlight through the windows since there was no way to raise either blackout shades nor sheets. They were in terrible shape otherwise the room was fine"
