"Friendly & helpful staff. Generous, hot breakfast daily. Clean room with plenty of towels, pillows, etc. Gym was well equipped & easy to access anytime. Good WiFi & TV. Near plenty of restaurants & shopping. Easy access to I-40. Will definitely return here when in Memphis again."

"Did not clean room well. We could tell desk tops not wiped. Trash not emptied. Did not renew items needed for morning coffee. Gap in sliding window. Could not completely close it shut so cold air blowing in. Will not stay again. "

"Parking was easy. Shower had mold in it. Also, sink did not have cold water (water only came out hot, and it got very hot, very quickly). When I mentioned at check out, I didnt even get an apology or an offer of a reduced room rate. The desk clerk only said that she would mention to the manager. I could not recommend this place. "
