"Room is small. My room was next to the step for exit. A lots of noise when I sleep . Bed was comfortable. No YouTube or Netflix for TV. But good price for the location. Easy to go restaurant and shop. Is good for short stay in Leeds."

"Breakfast was good, the selection was varied and well made. The room we had was a room on the first floor fitted out for the disabled, which isn't what we needed or required or expected, low wardrobe rails, little furnishings, wet room, which meant no bath, low sink. I complained but the desk staff blamed the room allocation on the fact we checked in on line! So my advice queue and ensure you get the right room allocation for your original booking. "
