"Poor customer service, booked for two people but upon check out front desk forced us to pay INR 2000 for extra person. When confronted about charges front desk say I booked for one person but when we both entered in hotel they should have told us at that time. Really very embarrassing situation "

"Fortune Avenue Jalandhar is a nice property. The staff is really polite and helpful. Food and mini bar items are also very decently priced. Rooms are clean and big with all the ameneties you would ever need."

"There isn’t much choice in Ludhiana. It’s either Hyatt or radisson. Hyatt is pretty average. And radisson has better service. Better stay at radisson. But both are very outdated. "
