"This was exactly as described, a nice clean apartment in the historic Little Italy neighborhood. The manager was very responsive to some requests I had, and it was stocked with the essentials. The only downside was the neighborhood, lots of college housing. But despite that, we felt it was quiet and slept well."

"Check In was a little difficult, in part because our map instructions had us turn where we didn’t need to. We arrived shortly after 6pm and it took 3 phone calls and 2 text messages (about 35 minutes) before someone answered and was able to direct us where we needed to be & meet us. The keys were difficult to work in the locks; parking in back, while not well lit, was okay although the spots are littered with debris. The inside stairway off the parking area is barley lit. "Directions were clear and easy. Parking is covered and at doorway. Location was perfect for us walking distance to Veale Center and CWRU dorms.Layout is a little funky, both bathrooms are down winding hall, but other than that it was great. We will stay there our next trip. "
