"Excellent location. Walking distance to top restaurants, there were plenty of good beauty (hair, massage, spa) options also within walking distance too. We rarely took a didi throughout the whole trip. Rooms were comfortable and staff were helpful too. Gym was a bit small but functional and we didn’t need to use it that much anyway, and breakfast had plenty of options each morning. Definitely our go-to when in Shanghai. So convenient!"

"almost none of the pictures are accurate ; It’s is not one minute away from nanjing rd; it’s about 20 minutes driving. Jade Temple is the only one close (about 5 blocks from it. At the beginning they gave a room with a restroom and shower in a transparent box! You can see through! I had to ask for different room and they tried to charge me for that; finally I didn’t ….be sure you download didi app for taxis it’s a complicated area to ride a taxi."

"This hotel is in a highly convenient location, easy to access to PVG airport and railway stations via metro or taxi. Guests can overlook Jing An Temple from its breakfast room. There are many shops and restaurants nearly. Staff are courteous and helpful, especially Albert and other front desk team members and Shirley and other catering service team members. We have stayed in this hotel many times, the best one compared with a few other ones we stayed, totally satisfied every time. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Shanghai, whether for business or for leisure. "

Overflows to the rest of the bathroom if I don't finish showering under 3-5 mins! -1 star: no fitness center as advertised. May need to update the listing"
