"Great location close to the Bund and Yuan Garden. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable with lots of options and staff at hotel were attentive. The gym and rooftop bar were closed -rooftop since 2024. That was disappointing because I picked hotel partially because of having a gym and outside bar/seating area"

"Ssaw Hotel is a great choice as it is very centrally located to many attractions. The Yu Garden was only a few minutes away as well as lots of shopping areas. The pier was also only a few minutes walking distance. The hotel itself had great amenities and the breakfast had lots of choices. I highly recommend this hotel."

Only issue I had on this particular trip was the wifi… never seemed to work that well as it had previously.. it’s one network across the hotel rather than individually for rooms."
