My crew spent more than an hour for check-in. The hotel did not know what to do with those who booked only and waited for the card payment at the site. The hotel requested for higher payments despite the amount clearly written in the booking confirmation. The service provided was terrible. One of members did not get informed of leaving her passport at the counter during the check-in. The room was tidy but with the strong smell of smoke. There were no nearby accommodations.

朝食付きのプランで予約しましたが、朝食付きはないと言われました。 エクスペディアの予約表を見せてもうちは朝食付きはやっていないと。しょうがないので、お金を払って朝食を頂き、チェックアウトをするときにお支払いしようとしましたが、インクルードされてますと。。 英語が話せるスタッフの方は少ないです。 コロナ禍以降増えてると思いますが、ルームサービスが24時間と書いてありますが、20:30まででした。 近くにファミリーマートがありそこは助かりました。

Very Nice Hotel. Very Clean. Good Rooms/Amenities. Will stay again. Didn't like the bar/bar staff. Difficult to communicate with and understand our orders, even when using the English menus provided. Service at the bar was very slow and not attentive.
