"Manager Snow from the front desk is simply the best, he made our stay so much easier—he even helped us to heat up the dim sum we bought earlier from the famous Cantonese restaurant Taotaoju, my hometown favorite! We have been living abroad for more than 35 years now, to be able to feel home again in China is a great feeling. Thank you Manager Snow and the entire team from the front desk!"

"Hotel is fine, room had a wonderful view, location was very convenient as well. The hotel rooms are old. Which might look like the marble in the bathroom is kind of moldy, worn off. Rooms are small too, not a convenient layout. Other than that the stay was great. Staff is exceptional."

"it's a great hotel. But I love that they assign you with a special staff member making sure we have beverage, fruits and questions answers. Ours was Diana and she was excellent!!! She made our experience with the hotel so much better."
