The location of the hotel is great sightseeing. On the other hand as they are located on a pedestrian you have to walk one block on a crowded street . The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Nanjing Road is a few steps away. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel has a flight is stairs you need to climb to get to the elevator. The room is quite unless you open a window. Overall a pleasant stay.

The room was very clean, the staff was polite and helpful. It wasn’t the most accessible when it comes to Didi’s, they never come directly to the front of the hotel.

Perfect location. Everything is close by. Station in a 2min walk. The only thing is there is no cars allowed so your taxi would have yo drop you down the street and you would have to walk to the hotel. Otherwise perfect location.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Just seconds walk to the main shopping street in Shanghai. a 20 minute walk to The Bund area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When we walked in to the lobby we thought we had made a mistake. The lobby was more of a counter than anything and there is 20-30 steps you need to walk up to get to the elevator, but the staff took our bags to the room and the room was fantastic. Great Value!

Jinglai hotel located right beside the Nanjing East road, with many local food and shops nearby. Very easy access to the metro as well. We stayed in Shanghai for 3 nights, I greatly appreciated the washer and dryer on site for all of our travel laundries. The front desk people are all so lovely and helpful! They always greet you with beautiful smiles and willing to help out with all your questions. I would highly recommend this place :)!

The room was very clean and was restocked every day with clean towels. The language was a problem but I expected that. We used our apps to communicate. The area is fabulous! Close to the subway which is really easy to use. And lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The only complaint I had was the people in the room above me were very noisy and heavy walkers and kept me awake half the night. Slamming doors on my floor too. I would stay there again though!
