"The spot was good. But there were a few things that were annoying. Like no pressure in the shower and no screen on the back patio door. It was well or lake water so everything smelled and had a film on it after washing it. The algae in the lake made the everything smelled. When the blue/green algae came by the house(it moved like the blob from the movie) the 2 wives got extremely sick. Like so sick my wife was complaining ending the trip a few week’s early. So after that when the algae was coming we would get in the car and venture away from the lake. About 80% of the time the lake by the house was thick green matcha. However, if you plan to fish, this is the lake. I was catching so many bass in front of the house it got boring. I’m not talking little bass either, but there was a lot of that. The fish kill was the most annoying part. Everyday at least 5 big carp or catfish and thousands of small bass would was up on shore and the smell was atrocious. Almost everything in town closes by 8pm and we found out why by the 3rd night. The amount of addicts walking around by 7pm was insane. It looked like a zombie outbreak. The minus star is not a full minus. Just a point or 2 for the screen missing and the shower pressure. The shower pressure was so bad it would take forever just for a quick shower, but then you get out of the shower smelling like the water. This was a good place but because of the location I probably would not be going back to clear lake. I was there for 37 days."

"We had such an amazing stay! This is one of the best stocked vacation rentals we've ever stayed in. The hosts truly thought of everything, from phone chargers and bathroom essentials to spices, coffee, cookware, utensils, wine glasses, and every kitchen item you could possibly need. It made us feel right at home.The house itself is beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for entertaining. We loved grilling on the BBQ, relaxing on the deck, and spending time together enjoying the incredible lake views. Our son absolutely loved the bonus room with the full video game setup. It quickly became his favorite spot.The private dock was a fisherman's dream and made our days on the water so much fun. Whether we were fishing, boating, or simply enjoying the peaceful scenery, it was the perfect getaway.The hosts were fantastic, friendly, responsive, and great communicators from booking through checkout. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing Clear Lake vacation."

"Comfortable and clean property with enough room for 2 people right on the lake. The location is incredible with a deck that has a wonderful lake view (the pictures are accurate). It was very nice to sit out on the deck in the evenings with a lake breeze and enjoy the sunset or to watch the birds in the morning. Walking distance to a few restaurants and close to other lake sites. The host communicated very well so you are in good hands there."

"It truly is an amazing place, by the lake with a wonderful view and amazing sunsets! Perfect to decompress, relax and go back recharged. Maureen is just a fantastic human being, amiable and truly willing to give the guests the best possible stay. We will go back as the area offers many possibilities to enjoy outdoors. Note: if you are an astrophotographer this is your place, the night sky is amazing!"
