Запущенный отель - грязная стойка регистрации, обшарпанные номера с дверями из картона, разваливающаяся кровать, застиранные полотенца серого цвета, окна не мылись пару лет. А завтрак - вообще в стиле китайской провинциальной тротуарной забегаловки.

訂了非吸煙房間，但入住後房間有很大煙味，在前台投訴後，馬上命人再清理房間，效率很快，前台職員也十分友善。
