"The hotel seems to be a bit old (was told over 20 years) but the staff were very friendly and helpful when we complained about the odor in the rooms. The hotel manager Brenda was very nice. She apologized and showed us other rooms that are clean and fresh. We switched to the new rooms and was happy about it. The staff in the restaurant, front desk , concierge were also very friendly and helpful. We are very satisfied and pleased during the stay. "

Although constrained by the fact that guests have to share common lifts with the tower office workers for access to its lobby on the 15th floor. "I stayed here because it was close to my son's apartment. Like most places in Chongqing, the staff spoke little to no English. So when my wifi did not work, there was not much hope of getting it fixed. Also like most hotels in China, the a/c is off while you are out for the day but this hotel takes a long time to cool down. It is in a shopping center on the top floor and the elevators take forever. In the plus size, they are very clean and comfortable. "
