Abbiamo soggiornato dal 13.04 al 19.04.Ottima struttura, tutto il personale sempre sorridente e disponibile , un plauso particolare a Mohamed che conosce ha seguiti al ristorante.la struttura tenuta benissimo, le camere spaziose, pulite , con arredamento molto bello. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

De accommodatie is werkelijk prachtig aangelegd met veel bomen en bloemen en het (huis)rif is vlakbij en mooi. De medewerkers zijn (bijna) allemaal heel aardig, attent en behulpzaam. Wat ik afschuwelijk vond was het lawaai voor de deur. Mijn 'huisje'/ kamer met uitzicht op zee had ook uitzicht op het theater waar de muziek af en toe keihard speelde, vreselijk. De avondentertainment leek alleen voor de vele Oekraïners die er waren en was van het niveau basisschool, embarrassing. Het restaurant vond ik zeer ongezellig. Het eten was goed, maar wel jammer dat er als dessert vaak alleen maar 'verschillende', soms alleen de topping anders, cakejes waren. Ook jammer dat ik een keer niet buiten mocht eten. Ik was alleen en de 4 tafels voor 4+ personen leken bezet. Er is voldoende ruimte voor meer tafels maar dat wilden ze niet regelen. Maar de accommodatie en de kamers zijn mooi en schoon

Отель хороший,но вернуться не хочеться.

Из минусов:1.оплаченное "Все включено" на деле оказалось "полный пансион",т.е. без алкоголя. Hotels.com предложил доплатить его на месте и потом компенсировать,но это было уже в отеле,лишних денег у нас не было,т.к. перед отъездом мы уточнили,что у нас "все включено"; 2. Расположение-до ближайшей торговой улице 0,5 часа,но по дороге находятся закрытые отели,поэтому нет фонарей и очень темно. Из плюсов: 1. сам отель,ото всюду видно море,много навесов и лавочек,зелено и красиво; 2. Риф красивый,нет буйков ,можно плавать ,куда сил хватит.Видели скатов,черепаху,манту; 3. Пляж узкий,но разноуровневый,можно уединиться; 4.Питание замечательное,особенно паста,выпечка и баклажаны;

il prezzo, le camere spaziose, le bellissime piscine, le terrazze sul mare, il reef stupendo. il cibo buono e vario. poca spiaggia ma che importa ,si va Sharm per il mare ,per il sole , per i grandi spazi. le stanze sono molto ampie ma poco illuminate ,io mettere delle lampadine più potenti. io ci ritorno.

Villaggio curatissimo situato in un punto panoramico incontaminato, a mezz'ora a piedi da namabay e Sharm vecchia. Villaggio non troppo caotico ma neanche troppo fiacco, con due spiaggette private e una bellissima barriera corallina. Complimenti allo staff super disponibile e amichevole, ma devo ammettere che la cosa che ci ha stupito più di tutte è la cucina buonissima con davvero amplia scelta. Se dovessi tornare a Sharm non penserei due volte a tornarci, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

La prima notte che siano arrivati nella struttura la camera era sporchissima. Il giorno dopo ci hanno dato un altra camera ma sempre in condizioni discrete, ho dovuto portare io le valigie nell'altra camera perché loro nn se ne sono proprio fregati. È la stessa cosa per il check-out . Nella struttura quasi nessuno parla italiano e se hai qualche problema ti fanno capire che devi arrangiati da solo. Il cibo è poco e servito male e se hai fame e chiedi altro cibo ti dicono anche che gli italiani sono maleducati perché mangiano troppo. L'unica volta che sono stati gentili e solo quando ci hanno chiesto un ottima recensione. Mi dispiace ma chi prenota da voi deve sapere che avete molti problemi nella vostra struttura. Se andate a sharm evitate il club reef a sharm ci sono altre strutture migliori di queste. La foto che ho allegato e un animale trovato sul letto della prima camera che ci hanno dato.

Beyond your expectations. Really nice crew. Just little bit lack of English communications :). They make you feel safe. We just had a problem about check in hours. We have arrived at 4 am. They didn't let us check in earlier. 2pm strict!!!

L'hotel non è male nel complesso, è stato pensato molto bene nella sua struttura. Sembra però in decadimento, manca una seria manutenzione per mantenere il livello. Il personale della cucina è molto gentile e simpatico, gli altri mancano di professionalità. Plauso invece al diving con personale cordiale e molto preparato! Non ci siamo trovati male, ma non mi sentirei di consigliarlo...

Каждый раз покидая отель, невольно задаешься вопросом: насколько понравился отдых? Скажу сразу - в Club Reef хочется вернуться. Мы проживали там с 10 по 20 ноября 2017г. Территория отеля компактна и хорошо продумана. Даже достаточно длинная, по сравнению с общими размерами отеля, дорога на пляж не утомляет, думаю, даже в сильную жару, потому, что большая её часть укрыта в тени навеса. Удобный понтон делает заход в море очень комфортным. Благодаря трудолюбию садовников бережно поддерживается отличный ландшафтный дизайн. Все зелено и благоухает пряными травами(замечательная идея - посадить их, по-моему мяту, вдоль дорожек). Не могу не отметить работу персонала. Все на редкость радушны и стараются помощь отдыхающим. Особенно хочется отметить нашего уборщика Abed. В ресторане прекрасно кормят. Большое спасибо шеф-повару за разнообразие блюд. Только на 9-м ужине повторилось меню 1-го. На ресепшн есть Wi-Fi. На территории есть несколько магазинчиков, где можно купить все необходимое, в т.ч. свежие фрукты по вменяемым ценам. Можно даже заказать необходимое - и тебе привезут на следующий день. Номерной фонд, конечно, ветхий. Но! большинство номеров имеют, хотя бы, частичный вид на море. Просите на ресепшн средства от комаров в номер, иначе ночью не уснуть. К сожалению домашний риф отеля уже достаточно убит. Любителям снорка рекомендую плавать в сторону соседнего отеля и дальше, вдоль побережья, до пляжа отеля Le Mirage New To

Ho soggiornato presso il club reef resort una settimana nell'ottobre 2017. Il resort è pulito e ben curato. La cucina è molto buona e almeno la mia camera grande e accogliente. La zona piscina è grande e confortevole. La posizione del resort è tuttavia molto scomoda, in quanto lontano sia dall'aeroporto che da old Sharm o naama bay. Di giorno come di sera si è quindi obbligati a prendere un taxi "convenzionato" con la struttura e che dunque fa i prezzi che vuole. Ciò che fa strano è che Prima di recarmi a Sharm avevo contatto l'assistenza per chiedere come potessi dall aeroporto raggiungerli e, dopo 2 giorni, mi era stato risposto che non avevano un servizio taxi convenzionato né tantomeno potevano dirmi pressappoco le tariffe della zona ; l unica possibilità era il servizio limousine del resort dal costo di 20 euro solo andata. Altra nota negativa è la spiaggia che risulta essere piccola. L' Animazione è praticamente inesistente ( composta da 4 ragazzi che raramente salutano) dunque ideale per chi non ha voglia di socializzare. Gravitano poi vari personaggi che, ogni giorno, propongono massaggi, immersioni, taglio capelli etc. Ho notato infine un trattamento diverso nei confronti degli italiani rispetto a est europei o nordici. Nel complesso l esperienza è stata abbastanza positiva ma non so se tornerei in questa struttura ancora.

الاقامة جميلة وممتازة والاصطاف كلهم محترمين والمعاملة ممتازة الا بعض الامور مثل موعد الغداء ساعة ونصف فقط من الواحدة حتي الثانية ونصف عرض الساحر في الانيميشن رائع اما اعتراضي علي عرض الزجاج والمسامير لوجود اطفال مع الاسرفيما عدا ذلك كل شئ ممتاز شكرا للجميع

Nice vacation in an excellent hotel

One of my most enjoyed vacations. I liked everything in club reef resort, staff was very helpful and always smiling and will do anything to fulfill your needs,especially usama in the reception and Mohamed the restaurant supervisor. The managers are always in contact with the guests and will respond to each and every comment almost instantly. Food is delicious with good variety, nice location with unique view and well designed landscape. The best animation team you will ever meet, especially Sam, the sport animator, he is the super hero of entertainment and amusement, even the kids are obsessed with his nice personality and politeness You can see him anywhere all the time doing his best for each and everyone. The only problem was the mosquitoes, I suffered it badly but the hotel as an overall is an excellent value for money and definitely added to my short list.

Struttura datata ,due spiaggette molto piccole ,e tanti gradini da fare...per il resto direi tutto ok...in linea col prezzo pagato.purtroppo aperta contestazione su Expedia per trattamento all'inclusive pagato ma non ricevuto ...è la prima volta che ci succede....essendoci anche mio padre (l'unico che beve alcol) ci hanno chiesto 20 euro al gg da pagare in loco....aveva chiesto una birra pranzando....anche se avesse bevuto 7 birre in 7 giorni (79 anni con molte patologie non può bere )140 euro sono troppi( da notare che mio padre aveva una prenotazione per conto suo e non é stato possibile pagare 5 euro al giorno solo per lui perché avevano paura che ci passassimo le bevande...roba da matti...pazienza..per il resto tutto ok
