WORTH A STAY

Very friendly hotel food excellent we were made very welcome. With the people there everyone bonded well. Entertainment staff very good and getting everyone involved. Would definitely come back and recommend to people to stay.

Jaz sharks was a really nice, smaller hotel. The staff were always friendly and couldnt do enough for you. Some of the drinks were a bit hit and miss but the wine and beer were good. Room and bathroom were spotless and kept clean every day. The beach is about a ten minute drive away and a regular shuttle is offered that always runs on time. Food was generally quite varied so there was always something nice on offer with loads of fresh fruit and salad. Entertainment wasnt great (repetitive) and was the only real area I'd say they could improve, otherwise will definitely come back! Thanks for a great trip!

The hotel was quite good for a shorter holiday, especially when making small daily trips around the city (between lunch and dinner). Staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay for the guests. The evening performances were enjoyable, though it seemed the budget was limited, as the shows started to repeat after a few days. Getting around outside the hotel was easy with local minibuses, which were a much more affordable option compared to the hotel's taxi service. The food was good, but the white wine was diluted with water after the first evening. Overall, it was a decent hotel and we had fun there.

Amazing place, the staff was GREAT, food was amazing, perfect hotel, so nice area. I LOVED Mahmoud Elattar service(Reception), Kareem, and Mahmoud the bar tender. Thank you, was great!!

Excellent service Excellent staff Very clean and comfortable but was deceived by the photo of beach on the hotel site being a beach of A neighbor resort which you have to go by a Bus daily and come back.

upon arrival at 2:15 pm I was subjected to an unacceptable delay in being checked into my room at 3:40 pm. Not only was I left waiting for an unreasonably long time, but the staff w did not offer any explanation. I same time, I requested late check out at 7 pm and due to emergency medical conditions to my wife and pay the applicable fees, but unfortunately I have told by Mr. Michael that hotel late check out policy is 5pm and he consider that extending checkout time from 12 pm to 2 pm is a favor which is part of my paid request. Hotel policy became very subjective to claim the hotel right but not the customer right.

Great Vacation

comfy & cozy hotel, tasty & delicious food, very fast check in & out, very polit, professional & friendly stuff, the rooms were a little bit outdated and needs renovations but still comfy, Taxi services is extremely expensive at the hotel, I'm not recommending it to anyone, just go out of the hotel and take a taxi by your own. the beach was far away, from the hotel but there was a free shuttle bus, during the day, so it was no problem, overall, it was a great family vacation, we had a lot of fun

Kind staff but little English language

It is a nice hotel. Rooms are clean. Meals are delicious but most of the waiters cant understand what you say. And the guys at tge bar dont know how to prepare the drinks

Great hotel, just not for snorkeling

Solid hotel - room is nice, pool is nice. Has a pool table and ping pong table. Food was quite good and I liked how they had the 3 timeslots for buffet but also an on demand snack menu in the afternoon in case you missed lunch. Bar has great drinks as well and is included. Only downside I can say is beach is about a 10 minute shuttle away, at the beach you have no access to amenities and I found the reef very lackluster compared to other spots in Sharm.

The hotel is good, service and staff also good but there is a big problem we face with it that hotel location appears on Hotels.com Website looks it`s front beach but actually it is so far from beach. because of that We forced to amend our reservation from 4 nights to 1 night without any compensation from any side and we loss our trip and back home early. so thanks for both (Hotels.com and property)
