The hotel is very dated , my room was not clean and asked the cleaner to re do my room when we arrived which he did, my two older sons had separate rooms and both of there rooms were lovely and clean still very dated , the staff were lovely and very helpful the main bar in reception the bar tenders didn’t seem to like women as every time i asked for a drink i got ignored same for my daughter . the lagoon was stagnant water with lots of flys and mosquitos and i got lots of bites . the pools we nice and clean and the staff in the restaurant couldn’t do enough for you, the bathrooms in rooms were dated and not very clean . We did have a lovely stay and made the most of our time but i wouldn’t go back to this hotel or recommend to anyone.

Not happy!

We were very excited to be staying at the hotel. However, when we got there it was not 5* as advertised it was very dirty and not what we had expected. The places around the hotel were used as storage and were a sight sore. We spent so much money and it really wasn’t worth it.

Ok hotel apart from from the receptionists

Everything was good the general manger director was the best mr. Sameh who was going around all the time to grantee the best service. The only bad thing that the staff working in the reception were unkind and no understanding and don’t believe what you say to them, we didn’t have lunch the day that we make the check in så we suppose to have the last day but they said no, first time I see something like that.

Jeg kunne godt lide animatorerne. Meget flot og sjov. Jeg kunne ikke lide, at de stjal mit håndklæde nær poolen og smed ting på gulvet. Ingen så dette, og personalet foretog sig ikke noget.
