Started off as an unimaginable horrifying trip (safe wasn’t working, didn’t get a duvet until almost 3 hours of waiting and multiple calls made to reception). The hotel manager, day and night shift managers and staff however, made our stay overall very memorable. I would recommend going to Sunrise Remal!

An amazing compact resort with great service and amazing staff, from the gardeners to the managers nothing is too much trouble, rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels, fresh beach/pool towels daily, fresh food from the main restaurant and snack bar during the day with dining options of a night time all in all a great stay

Nothing would be better Everything was perfect, the sea was amazing especially for snorkeling lovers, pool and aqua park were clean, rooms were wide, housekeeping and room service were excellent, the animation team was lovely and everyday a new show, the reception men were polite and respectful Many thanks for mr. I have been with my 1.5year old son and to be honest we both have loved our stay! Hotel always spotless/clean staff all are wonderful and looked after us. One big add to this hotel is the animation team! Always made sure me and my son are ok and happy, have entertained us all the time during our stay and Milo have loved them playing with him all the time Thanks to everyone for a lovely holiday

The hotel is very clean and has stunning views and is very pleasant, the rooms are comfortable, the food is delicious and delicious, it lacks a little variety, but this does not affect the taste and quality, the hotel staff is very friendly, especially the reception, they upgraded our rooms, overall we very much enjoyed the stay and we will repeat it soon if possible

We arrived to find our room was not ready and had to wait in the lobby until 2 pm. While waiting, we were offered cold towels, which was a nice and refreshing touch. I specifically booked this hotel because it was advertised as having a sea view, but unfortunately, our room did not match this description at all — it felt like false advertising. On the positive side, Rammy was an outstanding member of the Sunrise team, delivering exceptional service and making our stay more enjoyable. Unfortunately, this was overshadowed by an unpleasant interaction with Yousseff, who was rude and even accused us of lying. This was disappointing and unprofessional, especially given the otherwise high standard of service.

Di positivo: Camere grandi ben dotate e ben pulite, bella piscina con buon servizio dei bagnini, personale molto gentile soprattutto del ristorante, meno quello della reception che potrebbe essere un po’ più cordiale. Facilmente raggiungibile dalle camere i servizi centrali e il ristorante. Il Resort ha 4 ristoranti, arabo, italiano, indiano e messicano. In tutti si mangia molto bene alla carta e vorrei sottolineare positivamente che non c’è limite settimanale come in altri Resort (generalmente 2/3 volte in una settimana) ma si può accedere, volendo, quasi ogni giorno. Molto buono anche la Spa con massaggiatori competenti e tariffe economiche per lo standard in Italia. Il Resort non si trova sul mare, ma è accessibile in pochi minuti tramite navette rappresentate da piccoli bus scoperti. Il mare è stupendo soprattutto per la presenza di pesci tropicali coloratissimi gia visibili immergendosi al pontile. Belle le escursioni, anche queste a buon prezzo, raccomandando di aderire a quelle proposte all’interno dell’hotel. Resort All inclusive, questo significa che tutte le bevande e i pasti sono compresi. Note negative: - non si trova sul mare, come dice. Dopo la navetta c’è da fare una passeggiata all’interno dell’altro Resort della compagnia che sta proprio sul mare. - Il mangiare presso il ristorante centrale alla lunga è un po’ ripetitivo, e non viene offerta spesso carne di manzo alla piastra, sebbene ci sia abbastanza varietà. - L’arredo delle stanze è un po’ datato.
