I also have to mention the exceptional customer service — every staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. What really made my visit extra special was the thoughtful surprise on my birthday. The hotel staff brought a birthday cake to my room, and it was such a lovely and unexpected gesture that made me feel truly appreciated.
