"The cottages are behind cow sheds and when I arrived felt like being not inhabited. Looked a bit run down. The interior of the cottage was perfect, the door however did not lock and travelling alone, I did not close an eye. It then was fixed the following day, although I did not say anything. Then a handy man was fixing and painting the cottage next to the one I was in, and suddenly he was painting shatters and fence while I was in the cottage. Obviously I was disturbed by the smell. "We like this establishment and keep coming back. A bit overpriced, but can't compete with the beautiful view of the sea of Galilee from all windows and the little secluded terrace that allows privacy well appreciated for a couple's weekend. Only main shortcoming is the included breakfast that is underwhelming, especially the cold shakshuka and scrambled eggs. Just put a lid on the pans and warm up the surface it's on, how difficult is that?!?"

"The property itself is pretty and clean. Some of the staff need more training, especially the reception area. It was in disarray when I checked in and also never reachable by phone. The AC in my room didn’t work and then when it worked it wasn’t really functioning properly. The dinner was mediocre. We enjoyed our stay here and we will come back. Thanks to Rami, Shoham the lifeguard, Gal from the dining room and to the hotel director Denis. I appreciate your hospitality. "

"If the air conditioning had gotten the room cooler than 26C on our first night, I’d have been happier. The other problem - was the mould and unclean appearance of the shower and the fact that all 3 shower gel and shampoo dispensers were empty. I liked the hotel staff and appreciated the room was quiet and comfortable but AAAAGH how do they accept such low levels of deep cleaning? "
