"It was perfect, the pale coloured carpet was a bit of a pain we had to leave shoes and slippers down in the hall which was not convenient and also no clocks anywhere. Parking was easy and handy, and the situation of the property was lovely right by the river and a very short walk into Otley. Overall the property is great."

"The cottage was new, so it was beautiful, clean, and well looked after. Set in the countryside it was very quiet. It was like a home from home and very comfortable. The only downside was the ticking clock in the bedroom and the heat pump, which kicks in at all times during the night. With it being so quiet outside these sounds were magnified and we haven’t come away feeling refreshed. If anything we feel more tired. Beautiful place but the above 2 reasons will stop us returning. "Booked Brook Hall for a stag weekend of 12 guys, which Edward was happy to accommodate. It was a fantastic base while we spent most of our time out and about in York (20 - 30 minutes away) and Leeds (30 - 40 minutes away). Thanks for the recommendation of Dougies taxis as well, this was really helpful and they were great with really friendly drivers. Lovely location and house, particularly the garden. Perhaps even better if there were more showers (only 2) but this did not detract from the...
