"The Front Desk staff and evening restaurant staff were very helpful and polite. However at breakfast some guest received more service from staff. Like staff offering to get them hot drinks were as we just had the drinks pointed out to us."

"My daughter held her wedding reception at Cedar Court Hotel, Harrogate, and we had a truly wonderful day. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, professional and helpful, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The wedding function tipi in the gardens looked beautiful, creating a lovely atmosphere for such a special occasion. The food was excellent, well presented and enjoyed by the guests. The service throughout the day was attentive without being intrusive, and the team worked hard behind the scenes to make sure everything went according to plan. The hotel itself is comfortable and well maintained, with ample parking and convenient access for guests travelling from different locations. Accessibility was excellent to, with lifts to each level and accessible toilets just off the entrance foyer. Most importantly, my daughter and her new husband had the fantastic day they had hoped for, and that is something our family will always remember. A big thank you to everyone at Cedar Court Hotel who helped make the celebration so special. We would happily recommend Cedar Court Hotel for weddings and special events."
