"Lovely stay in the grand Old Dame of Leeds hotels . My first visit since its extensive refurbishment. There is some current building works / internal modifications going on but the hotel is working just fine . Looking forward to trying the new restaurant when its completed "

"Nice rooms in an artdeco style, very clean. A little disappointing to just have nescafe instant coffee sachet and not even decent coffee bags in this standard of hotel. Also £2.50 for the small bottles of water in the room seemed a little steep. Location is a 15 minute walk into the center and close to the racecourse so ideal for many visitors. Car park was full so had to pay £18 for parking in another car park. Breakfast was nice and not bad value if pre booked although the coffee machine stopped working. Stay were all friendly and helpful. "
