"I never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival. "Positives Staff - The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Grounds - Immaculate Activities - There are many activities to choose from. You literally cant be bored unless you want to be. Food - They have a wide variety each day Negatives: Rooms - Looks and feels average. There was nothing special about it. Room Service - The quantity of itiems placed in the room fell short as if they didbt expect us. Food - While they had a wide variety, the food tasted like it could be better seasoned."
