"The front desk staff was helpful. The hotel is just run down and not very clean. There was a lot of dirty surfaces and floors in our room. The lamps didn’t work, either. The breakfast left much to be desired. The cereal bins were empty, and the only protein options (scrambled eggs and sausage patties) were not good at all. I ended up with a packet of oatmeal, which is fine, but I’d have preferred a protein option that tasted decent. The kids enjoyed the waffle iron. Overall, it sufficed for one night. But, there are many other options in Paducah and I’ll be choosing one of those my next pass through. "

"I haven't smoked in 53 years, as soon as I walked in the lobby the smoke smell was overwhelming. It smelled down the hallway and horrible in the room. I was short of breath this morning. My room smelled like vomit, the bathroom smelled like pee, I couldn't take a shower. The body wash dispenser was empty. There were no cups. No coffee maker. Worst stay ever anywhere!!! "Rooms are being renovated so book early, but supper nice. Mine needed a new couch but overall a great room, great staff. Love the casino and broke even, so not to bad for 5 hours."
